"Ideal position "
This hotel is just a short walk from Kings Cross Station, and is near many nice restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the room was nice and clean with a very comfy bed.

The room was bigger than I expected and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The light above the bed and the radiator did not work. Breakfast was good and the area pleasant. Handy for Russell Square tube station.

Never stayed in a holiday inn before and this one did not disappoint! Lovely staff, clean hotel room and nice view! Perfect location and breakfast was amazing too! We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!!

The double room was very clean and well appointed. However, it was quite small, particularly the bathroom. The location is excellent for our purposes as we travel by bus into the centre and the bus options on Southampton Row are brilliant. The staff in the hotel were very efficient and pleasant. Breakfasts were very good. Callaghans Bar attached to the hotel was dark and depressing. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends but before staying there again I would check if they have larger rooms.

Very clean room and very well situated close to Russell Square tube station but also walking distance to Oxford street Covent Garden and other tourist attractions. Staff at hotel were very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Would rebook this hotel

We booked a double room with a sofa bed for two 12 Yr olds .-- there was not enough room to move Room too hot - unable to open windows and Air con u/s. the room was only prepared for three (cups / towls etc) Had to use lift ( even to go down one flight) too time consuming -- for ever as one lift was u/s Waited for over an Hr to get secnod course -- evening meal Girls wanted pancakes for breakfast waited ages but were unable to have)--- machine broke £426 for two nights -- Very poor value !!! would not recomend --( or use again)

A very conveniently located hotel for exploring Central London. A 91 bus from the end of Coram Street takes you to the heart of the West End. The hotel provides excellent all round service with very welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast is well worth having. We only had one evening meal here and this was reasonably priced and very enjoyable. We shall definitely stay here on our next visit to London.

For a 3 person room only 2 cups were supplied, also not enough milk for more than one cup each. The plumbing was very noisy upon flushing the toilet. Otherwise the room was fine. The sofa bed was comfortable.
