Helpful staff on check in. An excellent breakfast in the morning with so much choice. Our room was comfortable ( a twin room with a camp bed), the beds were super soft and after a busy day sightseeing we all slept well. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a base to explore London with it`s proximity to Euston, the tube and bus routes.

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location with Russell Square literally 7 minutes walk away. The icing on the cake, however, was the hotel staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Planning our next stay.

Stayed on numerous occasions at the president, I find it a very convenient hotel for getting around London, the rooms are clean tidy, the staff are friendly and are willing to help, only had a breakfast but there was ample food to choose from. I would have no problem returning to this hotel

Hotel is lovely, rooms could be a little bigger, although we had an extra bed ,which we didn`t ask for, which made the room a little tight to get around. No little table and chair. Beds were very comfortable

We were very disappointed to find the room so small. It looks much larger on the website. Also the bed (advertised as a double was very small as well. The room was clean however the soap dispensers in both the shower and sink were empty and were still empty the following day when the room had been serviced. Neither housekeeping nor reception ansered the phone when I tried to report this. I rang at least 3 times to each after short intervals and could hear the call being automatically routed to different phones. I then reported it in person at reception (which was very quiet) and a member of the housekeeping team came with one new bottle of handwash and I had to tell him I needed two. I also had call him back to unlock the bar of the soap dispenser holder as only housekeeping could do this. Staff were very polite however surely checking soap dispensers should be routine. We would not stay here again

Single room was clean and tidy. Comfy bed and suitable bathroom. Shower cubicle small but was fine once you got in, and good water pressure. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend the President Hotel

Stayed 4 nights with my wife at the President Hotel (Russell Square), it was in a good location qualiy of the room & daily service v.good (big walk in shower). Breakfast good choice of food...usually busy but staff always found us to a free table.Overall I would recommend for value break.

The president hotel was welcoming and such a pleasant environment. Helpful staff, wonderful breakfast for a good price. Room was comfortable and the location is fantastic for restaurants and underground station. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future

Local to all London tourist attractions close to bus and tram routes very clean bedrooms comfortable the staff were excellent in reception breakfast buffet and in the atrium bar the food I had was amazing for breakfast plenty of choice and perfectly cooked will definitely return here best 3 days stay

Couldn`t have asked for more for a short break. Comfortable bed, clean room and hot powerful shower. Quiet location for a good nights sleep. Lovely park around the corner and round the corner from the tube station. Definitely will use this hotel again!

Bathroom needed shower cap supplied and shower outlet backing up. However a good sized shower and plenty of towels. Not enough complimentary tea bags,milk,etc Room decor smart but very bland and boring.

What a great hotel in a great location, spacious modern room, we didn`t book breakfast but got extra points for water fountain in the foyer. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming, left our bags to go exploring before check in. would recommend to family and friends
