Not worth the money they charge.This hotel is poorly run, dirty and in a bad state of repair. Our bedroom we were given had a shower that didn`t work, a dirty chipped bath, the mattress was soiled and filthy, the window wouldn`t stay open, carpets were threadbare and dirty. The staff when informed of these problems were arrogant, rude, unhelpful and very reluctantly gave us another room. Sadly their so called `super deluxe room` didnt meet its description and was also dirty and poorly maintained. This hotel ruined my romantic weekend with my girlfriend and I paid a fair amount for this privelege. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

The breakfast was great, Croissants, Fresh fruit, cereal, all included in our £70 but the best part was the room!!! We had a suite (for £70!!) , we had a huge comfy bed, our own kitchen area, with fridge and microwave! All new! Fresh ground Coffee supplied with cafetiere, a lovely touch we thought. Bathroom, new, shower fantastic. This was in a perfect location, 2 min walk from Hyde and Kensington Parks. Tube connection is brilliant, central to EVERYWHERE in London. You have got to try it, we were amazed and are planning to go back for our next time in London. Clare and Tina.

The beds are very comfortable and clean. That is all you need really. I would stay again. Its the carpets and windows that are not very clean. Also the water was only luke warm in the shower but at least that helps to wake you up. You have to remember how little you have paid to stay there and the location is great for the tube.

Whilst in a nice location, the rooms leave a lot to be desired, and I had to actually complain and get moved to a second room when I arrived, as the room was in a terrible condition and was right next to the housekeeping office. We eventually got a (slightly) better room, although this one didn`t have a bath, which would have been nice as it was supposed to be a romantic weekend away. I was also kept awake all night by the incredibly loud central heating system at the hotel. The breakfast was okay, but it was very strange that you could not have toast. All in all, I wouldn`t recommend.

When I was going to sleep the hotel seemed to come alive and follwoing a restless night and being woken up several times throughout the night I probaly wouldn`t recommend if you have an early start. Rooms are very basic, not the type of place I would stay for pleasure. However the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is dirty (mould in showers), there is not a breakfast buffet available, and the staff aren`t overly helpful or friendly. There isn`t a lift between the 4th and 5th floor and staff don`t offer to help with luggage. I wouldn`t recommend this place. I stayed only one night instead of my intended week at this dump!

The net curtains were so torn and tattered one did not dare touch them for fear they would disintergrate. Such a same as they cost `peanuts`.The washbasin was badly cracked and just as a safety precaution - the bath was extremely slippery`. However, the service and coffee was excellent.
