LOCATION EXCELLENT AND REALLY ACCESSABLE TO TUBE STATION SO WE GOT AROUND EASILY. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE BAR WAS NOT VERY WELL STOCKED AND THEY RAN OUT OF SOFT DRINKS FOR MIXERS! OTHER THAN THAT, ALL GOOD. STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN, ALTHOUGH WE ATE HERE ONE NIGHT BUT DINING ROOM COLD AND WE WERE SEATED AWAY FROM THE FEW DINERS THAT WERE THERE. BUT OVERALL, LIKED THE HOTEL.

The Staff on Reception both Day and Night were very helpful, smiley and friendly as were the chaimbermaids. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Great location short walk from either Tower Hill or Aldgate Tube. We would definately recommend this hotel.
