The DJ in there was absolutley awful and when we told him he was not very nice. It was a Christmas night and he played two xmas songs the whole night. If I had paid for this event I would have been asking for a refund.

| Guest rating: | 26/7/2008 | | "Good Value for money/ex transport/close to city" | | | | I chose the Agenda by searching online, it fighted in with my budget & could accomodate me on my dates, transport is right outside the hotel, there is a restaurant & bar cheap, quick but nice meals, b/fast is included in room rate which makes it easier without thinking where to go. 15 mins on bus to city centre, bus no`s 12,26 31 all take you to princes st! My room was clean, big & serviced daily... I wouldn`t hesitate in recommending this hotel to stay at to anyone, the staff were most helpful also as I was on my own travelling Edinburgh. I enjoyed my stay, my only concern was the hours that their restaurant operated, none the less I didn`t starve. Rachel M- Melbourne Australia

Downstairs bar area was dirty, with tables left un-cleaned and general mess on the floor. Nice outdoor seating/decked area, but again was very dirty - during our stay nobody had attempted to clean the ashtrays, or clear up general litter on the floor. Staff appeared to be making the best of a bad job!
