Beds were fine bedding and towels OK.Experience not helped by builders knocking in the morning and late at night.Breakfast was a buffet and very good. Generally needs a refurbishment.

Moved to an "executive room" no different from previous room although shower cubicle a little better but no drawers in the chest of drawers! Attention to detail is lacking in this hotel i.e papers ordered but not delivered on both days, no reason given why and no attempt was made to find out why, dirty glasses, empty beer/wine bottles etc left on bar whilst waiters chatted, tables at breakfast slow to be cleared, when asking some of the staff at breakfast for something it all seemed to be a little too much bother. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Only thing, guys at the desk when checking in and checking out, more interested in have a chat and laugh between themselves while we were standing at the desk, ended up getting a wrong room because of it first time, a bit more attention to the guest needed maybe! overall good hotel

Work to date of high standard, particularly bathrooms. Work inprogree non-intrusive to guest.Car park arrangements need to be clearer.Will book again.

Our Room 303 was very noisy at night from all the activity on the street and we found it difficult to get a proper nights sleep. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.
