All of the Apartments are decorated in a sleek modern style, and feature floor to ceiling windows, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, bath, a fully equipped kitchen and living room as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Guests staying in the apartments can make use of the fitness centre in the building (pay for), and although the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, those not looking to use the kitchenette facilities provided can explore the local area which hosts a variety of dining options.
Hotel and location:
Located in London`s fashionable Shoreditch area, the Avant Garde Apartments are just a couple of minutes` walk from Brick Lane, one of London`s most hip streets, where visitors will find a wide range of shops and boutiques. London`s financial district can be reached within a 25 minute walk of the apartments and with Shoreditch High Street underground station just a 2 minute walk away there is great access to the rest of the city. Nearby attractions include the V&A Museum of Childhood and Old Spitalfields Market both of which can be reached within a 15 minute walk, whilst the theatres and bars of the West End can be reached within a 25 minute tube ride of the Avant Garde Apartments. Getting there:
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The nearest underground station is Shoreditch High Street. Exit the station and turn right onto Shoreditch High Street and after a few yards turn right onto Bethnal Green Road. After 150 yards turn right onto Sclater Street, the apartments are ahead on the left hand side after 50 yards.
BY CAR: From the West. Follow the M4 towards London and continue onto Great West Road/A4, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Great West Road Chiswick/A4, take the A306 exit towards A315/A219/Hammersmith and continue onto Hammersmith Bridge Road/A306. Next take the slight right onto Hammersmith Broadway/A219/A315 and then the slight left to continue along this road, next take the slight right onto Shepherds Bush Green/A402/A4020. Turn right onto Uxbridge Road/A402/A4020 and at the roundabout take the 1st exit on to W Cross Rte/A3220 and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A40 ramp. Merge onto Westway/A40 and then continue onto Marylebone Road/Marylebone Flyover/A501, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Old Street/A501/A5201 and then continue onto Great Eastern Street/A2102. Finally turn left onto Shoreditch High Street/A10 and then right onto Bethnal Green Road, just past Shoredith High Street tube station turn right onto Sclater Street and the apartments will be ahead on the left hand side after 50 yards.
Check-in Information: Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Please call on +44 (0)79 508 80146 at least 1 hour prior to your arrival at the apartment. We do not have a reception desk at the apartment building but have arranged to meet you at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours (which are from 9am to 8pm) and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment. Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let them know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 8pm or before 9am, £50 before and £100 after 11pm.
