In past years it was obviously a luxury hotel needs some refurbishing especially bathrooms and attention to details. e.g. Cover on light ceiling missing. Dirty carpet used as protection on furniture. Interior of lift  A plaque has come off wall only to leave a neglected site. We needed to be in city centre and location was perfect

Overall the stay was smooth except for the elevators which were fixed immediately. Good value for money.

Central location, handy for town centre& close to bus station.
Comfortable room if slightly dated decoration.
Fire alarm went off twice early morning other than that a good nights sleep.

"The outside of the hotel needs cleaning"
The outside of the  Building needs cleaning, along with the windows and entrance doors, my first impression was it looks dirty,  inside the hotel was fine,the staff were very nice and very helpful
