"We stayed in 309 carpet really dirty"

Staff lovely would have been happy as stayed before and good accommodation etc but this time found room to have dirty carpet, marked walls in need of painting and bathroom tiles on floor cracked. Shower grouting brown water cold when having shower :((

stayed with my family for two nights in two triple rooms to visit winter wonderland. although a bit far out from the city centre with the tube two minutes walk away the hotel was ideal and a lot cheaper than inner city hotels even with the tube fares, did not eat at the hotel or visit the bar so cannot comment but check in, room service and comfort where to a good standard and good value for money. will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to London thanks for a lovely stay from all my family

I thought that Days Inn provided free parking to guests but found that there was a 30 pound change for parking when we arrived and checked in. Also found that the toliet in the washroom was loose an leaked water onto the floor, reported this to the manager.

Dont expect tv, weird setup and bad reception. Dont eat here. Room otherwise nice

"great value for money great staff"

absolute bargain, staff were very accommodating when i requested extra coffee sachets- i didn`t get a chance to eat there, but there are plenty of off licenses 2 seconds down the road for a quick bottle of wine. great stay. would recommend that when they push two single beds into a double, that they use a mattress topper to disguise the `middle` edges of the two mattresses, as they can be a nuisance.

"very noisy"

Extremely noisy hotel. Windows opened but couldn`t be closed. Wet room had the smallest sink I`ve seen and thw water pressure was abysmal. Staff were ok but should be better informed about the location of public transport. I certainly wouldn`t stay here again.

"Lovely stay for a cheap price"

Only stayed in London for one night and had a budget for a hotel. For the price I didn`t expect a lot but it had everything we needed and more. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, had a nice shower with clean towels, a tv, safe, kettle, a bar. There`s shops up the road and a tube station nearby. Was in a very convenient area and enjoyed our night. Don`t judge a book by its cover, this hotel was one of the best I have stayed in!
