Just 50 metres from the Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas the hotel offers the perfect base from which to explore the city. The hotel is also opposite El Corte Inglés, Spain`s largest department store chain. The nearest beach is just 2km away and can be easily accessed either from the nearest bus station, just 500 metres from the hotel, or the metro station, which is just 300 metres away. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding area offering a myriad of dining options.
Getting there:
Nearest Metro Station : Urquinaona (Red Line 1 & Yellow Line 4). Exit station onto Via Laietana. Walk up Via Laietana (North) and cross over Ronda de Sant Pere (2 blocks). You will see the hotel to the left at number 15.
BY TRAIN: From El Prat Airport take the Train (RENFE) to Sants Estació. Then change (upper floors) to Green Line 3 to Espanya (2 stops). Change to Red Line 1 to Urquinaona (5 stops). Follow directions above.
City Tax: The authorities in Barcelona have levied a tourist tax of 0.72 Euro per person per day (maximum 7 day charge) which is payable at the hotel on arrival and not included in the above room rate.
