Room lovely and clean and staff very friendly
"Very nice, comfortable and friendly hotel "
The location of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very friendly and the waiting staff were very keen to make sure that you had everything you wanted. The breakfast was very good.
Great Hotel with wonderful room only minutes from the theatre. Very clean, warm and luxurious. Able to get in to room earlier than time allocated. Staff very friendly and helpful.
"Comfortable and friendly "

"Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms"
"Kingsway Hall a pleasure to stay at"
A very comfortable stay. Good clean room with plenty of space and a reasonable bathroom. Water pressure did seem a problem, filling a sink would take a while, but the shower was adequate. The staff were attentative and polite. Breakfast was reasonable, my one criticism would be table service. Hot food is laid out, no chef present, if you require a boiled, poached or fried egg then it is done but out back. I would have expected a chef on hand behind the counter making to requirements or a full silver service. This is not a low quality establishment, but to my mind serves breakfast similar to Holiday Inn. That aside I would definitely stay here again, wonderfully placed for shopping or theatre breaks and near enough to the underground for everything else.
The hotel was more to the top end of very good although I can`t say exceptional. Had to wait in bar for 15 mins with empty glass and we were forgotten about at breakfast.
top quality as usual
Staff very helpful, like home from home
"Classic decor hotel in excellent location for the theatre."
We booked this hotel for mostly for its location. We found the reception staff very helpful, hotel immaculately clean but a little sparse on the toiletry products.(I have long hair and didn`t bring shampoo or conditioner but there were none available in our room if I had wanted to shower, consequently I bathed instead) We seemed to have a few issues with the light switches at first, but with practice managed to use them effectively. We didn`t op for breakfast due to our proximity to Covent Gardens amenities but the restaurant area looked very inviting. Overall a very nice, classic hotel with helpful polite staff. Good value for money for location but not the most luxurious.
