"Lovely big bed!"
We were offered an upgrade for £30 but decided against it - the selling points for the upgrade were based on a bigger bed and more space. When we got to our room the bed was enormous (bigger than our king sized bed at home) and the amount of space available to us perfectly adequate. The staff are helpful and very friendly.
"Lovely hotel and staff."
The hotel was in a great location for theatre trip and visiting Covent Garden. Staff were excellent and they friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was great, large clean and very comfortable.
The hotel is well placed for the Theatre district, and the many restaurants in Covent Garden. The staff are very well trained, polite, and helpful. Would stay at this hotel again
"Great hotel excellent location "
"Not for tall people"
Wonderful position very close to Covent garden. Reception was efficient and managed to sell me an upgrade. The room was a reasonable size, the ensuite a little small with a shower over the bath . The bed was large in width but I am 6 ft tall and my feet overhung the end. Breakfast was excellent and checkout quick and efficient.
"Very nice stay"
"First impressions WOW!"
classy hotel, comfortable rooms, beds a little hard for me but that`s just a personal view, had all we required
"Well located hotel for covent garden but more like 10 - 15 mins to the Cambridge theatre."
Room was spacious clean and had all facilities you would expect from a similar rated hotel. You may consider taking your own hairdryer Staff were efficient and welcoming Enjoyed eggs Benedict for breakfast. The tea wasn`t up to much and the toast took so long it was cancelled.
