All Studios and Apartments are self-catering and feature a balcony or terrace, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and bathroom, with the apartments also featuring a separate bedroom. Each is air-conditioned and includes TV with international channels, dishwasher, ceramic cooking hob, dishwasher, Espresso machine, microwave, hair dryer and tea & coffee making facilities. The residence houses the 1,000m² Thalgo® thalassotherapy Centre that has been designed in a Roman bath style and overlooks the sea and is available for ages 16 and over. The Centre features a heated indoor pool, sauna, Hammam and a range of treatments such as massages available (surcharge). There is also a seasonal outdoor salt-water pool available, surrounded by a terrace with loungers and parasols, making it the perfect location to relax in the Mediterranean sun.

Les Calanques des Issambres boasts an enviable located in one of the most famous places on the French Riviera, close to Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez. This 4-star residence is situated only 100m the sandy shores of San Pierre Beach and close to Nartelle Beach, Gaillarde Beach and Sainte-Maxime Gold Club. Built in the typical Provençal style, the waterfront residence provides west or south-facing studios and apartments. The architecture and colour palette stays true to the style of the Côte d`Azur with Roman tiles, ochre shades and a calming surrounding of Mediterranean plants. Les Issambres itself is a popular seaside destination that stretches along 8km of inlets, beautiful sandy beaches and dotted with quaint villages. Saint-Maxime is the nearest town, located a 10 minute drive away where you`ll find an array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Port des Issambres is a 5 minute walk from the residence, and from here you can also take a ferry over to Saint Tropez in 25 minutes. Please note: This accommodation requires a security deposit of 500 Euros per apartment returnable on departure after inventory. A city tax of approximately 1.50 Euros per person per day is applicable for guests aged 13 years and over and payable on site.
Getting there:
BY CAR: From Nice - Cote D`Azur International Airport. (Approximately 50 minutes) Head North towards Avenue Rene Couzinet, at Rond-Point du Voyageur take the 1st exit onto Avenue Santos Dumont. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, at the next roundabout take the 4th exit then the ramp onto Dinge/Grenoble/Nice Quatiers. Continue onto Boulevard Georges until you merge onto A8. Take the exit 38-Frejus towards Saint Raphael. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto D37 stay on D37 until Rond-point de l`Europe then take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Avenue de la Corniche then turn right onto Allee du Merou, slight left onto Boulevard du Merou and arrive at your destination.
From Saint Raphael TGV Station:
(Approximately 20 mins) Head towards Avenue Paul Doumer at the roundabout take 1st exit onto D559 at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit to stay on D559. At the next 2 roundabouts take the 1st then 2nd exits to stay on D559 then turn right onto Allee du Merou then slight left onto Boulevard du Merou and the restort will be on your left.
Check-in Information:
Guests staying more than 6 nights can check-in after 5pm and check-out before 10am. Reception has limited opening hours: Sunday to Friday 9am-12pm, then 2pm-7pm. Saturday: 8am-8pm. Please advise the property of your arrival time prior to check-in. Prices include: Essential@home service: bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (dish towel and bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning at the end of the stay (except for kitchen area and dishes), loan service, TV.
Extras:
Beds made upon arrival are charged at a cost of 10 Euros per person. This must be booked with the property directly.
