All of the residences` self-contained studio`s and apartments feature air conditioning, kitchenette and living areas. Guests can make use of the in-room tea and coffee making facilities as well as the optional breakfast packages, featuring freshly baked goods delivered straight to your door each morning. Basic Wi-Fi access is free while there is a charge for full access. Port-Prestige boasts an on-site spa offering a variety of treatments as well as access to sauna, hammam, cardio training room, rest area and sensory shower. A range of spa packages are on offer, pre-booking these with the property directly secures a 5% discount. Some treatments are limited to the summer months. There is also an out-door pool to enjoy during the summer, in addition to a roof-top pool with Jacuzzi`s. During the evenings guests can enjoy the onsite restaurants and bar, or head in to Antibe before returning to a comfortable home-from-home for a relaxing night`s sleep.
Pets are welcome on presentation of a rabies certificate charged at 55 Euros per pet per week or 9 Euros per pet per day for shorter stays. Prices are subject to change, please contact the property directly for further information.
Hotel and location:
Situated a stone`s throw from Port Antibes and only 400m from the beach, the 4* Port Prestige is perfectly placed for guests to enjoy a slice of life on the French Riviera. The residence is opposite Port Vauban and the ramparts, with the historical town of Antibes and the variety of shops on offer there are just a 6 minute walk away. A Water Sports Club as well as Sailing and Yacht schools are all 2.5km away, while those looking to travel a little further can experience Cannes or Nice which can both be reached in around a 30 minute drive.

Getting there:
BY TRAIN: From Antibes station. Head south on Place Pierre Semard for 20 metres. Turn left towards Avenue de la Liberation and follow this road all the way to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Avenue Saint-Roch and follow this until you reach another roundabout. Take the 1st exit at this roundabout onto Avenue Frederic Mistral where the resort will be on your left hand side. This is approx a 6 minute walk.
BY AIR: From Nice Cote D`Azur Airport. From the airport head northwest on Chemin De La Digue Des Francais/M99 and follow this for 1.2km. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A8 ramp to antibes/Cannes/Toulon/Marseille. Merge onto A8 towards Villeneuve-Loubet. Take exit 47-Villenuve-Loubet and merge onto D2. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on D2. Stay left on the D2 to merge onto D6007 and go straight across the next 2 roundabouts. Turn left onto Avenue de l`Eglise Saint-Christophe and then follow this road to the right. Turn right onto Route du Bord de Mer/D6098 and then keep left to continue onto 11 Novembre. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Avenue de la Liberation which turns slightly left and becomes Avenue de Verdun. After 88 metres, turn right onto Avenue Frederic Mistral where you will find the resort on your right. This is approx. a 20 minute drive.
Check-in Information:
Guests staying longer than 6 nights have a different check-in policy, as follows: Check-in: 5pm. Check-out 10am. Reception has limited opening hours: Sunday to Friday 8am-12pm, then 5pm-8pm. Saturday: 8am-12pm, then 2pm-8pm. Please advise the property of your arrival time prior to check-in.
Prices include: Essential@home service: Bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (dish towel and bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning at the end of the stay (except for kitchen area and dishes), loan service, TV.
