The on-site spa offers a wide range of treatments (for an additional charge), whilst guests also have use of the outdoor pool which is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Other facilities include an outdoor children`s play area and free outdoor parking.

Set amongst the hills overlooking Houlgate the 4* Residence et Spa offers guests a beach resort with a difference, with magnificent views of the coast the accommodation is located within large wooded grounds and features the half-timbered architecture typical of the region. The sandy beaches of the Fleurie coast can be reached easily from the property and the shopping and restaurants of Houlgate and Cabourg are within a 15 minute drive of the resort. Those looking for some culture can explore the fascinating Château and Abbeys of the ancient town of Caen which is a 40 minute drive from the Premium Residence et Spa.Please Note. Getting there:
BY CAR: From Trouville-Deauville station: Head southwest on Place Louis Armand and then turn right towards D27A. At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto D27A and then the 2nd exit and the next roundabout to keep on the same rooad. Follow the road right keeping on the D27A and the the 2nd exit at the roundabout to stay on the same road. Still following the D27 take the first exit at the roundabout then then the 2nd exit as the next roundabout. Take a slight right onto D45 and follow this for 4.3km. Take a slight right again onto Route de Caumont/D45A for just over 1km. Turn right towards Residence Pierre et Vacances and then turn right again. The hotel will be on your left hand side.
From Deauville St Gatien Aiport: Head northwest on L`Aerodrome, then turn left to stat on L`Aerodrome and left again onto L`Areodrome/D74. Follow D228 to D27 in Bonneville-sur-Touques by turning right onto Saint-Philbert/D288 and then stay left onto D288. At the next 3 roundabouts take the 2nd exit onto D27. After 12km take a slight right onto D45 for 4.3km and then a slight right again tonto Route de Caumont/D45A. After 1km turn right towards Residence Peirre et Vacances and then right again. The hotel will be on your left hand side. -

Guests staying longer than 6 nights have a different check-in policy, as follows: Check-in: 5pm. Check-out: 10am. Reception has limited opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am - 12pm then 3pm-7pm. Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday: 8am-7pm. Please advise the property of your arrival time prior to check-in.
