"Day out in Basingstoke "
The room was very clean and comfortable,enjoyed the buffet lunch and breakfast.The parking facilities were great as well and the front office staff were so helpful and friendly.

"Very friendly place to stay.."
Enjoyed staying here for 1 night, very friendly staff, Easy access to the high street, ample of private parking.
2  points that need attention , I seemed to be slipping of the bed in the night, I don`t no if the floor was on a slight slant, or the base of the bed was broken,  The taps in the bathroom need to be adjusted as so slow , so if you like a bath run it 30 mins before you intend to get in it room 9 .
I would stay again for a over night stay...:)

"TV reception bad"
Would have been nice to have some music playing in the room, but the music Chanel did not have a good reception .
Had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice.
And people in the bar and restaurant were very plesent.

"Great Stay"
We stayed there for one night whilst visiting friends in Basingstoke. We had a twin room, which was clean, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location in the town centre was excellent!
