Getting there:BY ROAD:  From London or M25 take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton, then follow the signs for the seafront. On reaching the Brighton Pier roundabout take the third exit and drive west, with the seafront on your left hand side of the main seafront road, the A259 named Kings Road. You will find the hotel on you right just after West Pier and opposite the band stand.

"Daughters Hen Weekend!"
I booked three triple rooms for my daughters hen weekend.  The hotel is perfectly placed along the sea front.  We were able to park in the very limited car park at the hotel, which was a great bonus.  The room my daughter and I had was on the forth floor with lovely views over the sea.  Very clean with plenty of space.  One of the other rooms had three single beds and a nice big bathroom, this was on the third floor.  The final room was on the first floor and although perfect for the three girls who shared the main problem was that the shower over the bath was under the stairs leading to another floor and was not fitted with a shower screen, therefore the floor got soaked after using the shower.  We did not eat at the hotel.  All the staff were very efficient and helpful.  My only slight issue was that we could not all be together on the same floor.

The hotel was welcoming and warm. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast served by really lovely and pleasant staff.  Only draw back was limited parking, had to park at a multi storey secure carpark, would of been a nice gesture if the hotel would of been able to provide some discount for parking.

Apart from lack of parking (which is not uncommon here in Brighton ), everything was ok. The staff are very helpful and always approachable. I`ll definite  come back again.

"Perfect location for weekend stay in Brighton"
Only downside is I don`t agree to have to pay extra 15pounds per night for parking and paying extra for breakfast should all be included in price

"Tiny room and very hot"
The room we were giving was very tiny, it was also noisey with the lift sounding like it was in wardrobe and double doors outside room door. The heating wasn`t on thank god as even with windows wide open in December it was like a saun. No veiw only fire escape plus more noise from generator. Overall very poor room number118
