The Riverside is a 3* hotel set in stunning grounds leading down to the River Nadder. It is an 8-minute drive or 20-minute walk through the beautiful Salisbury Water Meadows from Salisbury Railway Station and it is in the perfect location for a quiet nights` rest just outside of the main city centre. Visitors can take a leisurely 15-minute walk through the vibrant city to get to the heart where the Salisbury Cathedral is located. This Cathedral is home to both the world`s oldest working clock and the Magna Carta Chapter House, both of which have stories to explore. Walking past the Cathedral will lead to the main area, which is filled with many high street and boutique shops, cafes and restaurants in historical Victorian and Edwardian buildings.

Getting there:

WALK FROM SALISBURY RAILWAY STATION: Exit the station and walk east towards S Western Rd. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout and continue onto Town Path, which leads through the Salisbury Water Meadows. Once out of the meadows, turn left onto Lower St and follow. Turn left again onto Harnham Rd and follow until the hotel is seen on the left.
