Very clean hotel .rooms very spacious. Bed comfortable with tea/coffee provided. Plenty of choice at breakfast and only 16 min walk from Kings Cross. Check in quick and informative of hotel facilities etc . Stayed 3nights and would not any problem booking with this hotel again . Thanks to all who made our stay enjoyable

Stayed here a few times in recent years and (post-covid months aside) have always loved it. Good location, comfortable rooms, good restaurant and bar / lounge area. Good gym. Friendly staff.Overall good facilities at a great value price.

Overall a nice looking hotel but the room was small for 3. We ate in the hotel and had fish and chips what was very expensive and very poor quality. We couldn`t turn the heating off in our room and was extremely hot all night. Windows didn`t open. Breakfast was help yourself and I had eggs and beans. The fried eggs were cold.

On arrival bedroom was not set up for three people but problem quickly resolved. Ate in the hotel one evening and gluten free food was stated but unavailable as we`re some wine choices and other food on menu. A little disappointing..

Staff unfriendly, dinner was terrible ordered food 5 mins after staff came out and said no burgers asked to cancel and was told other food was being made my child had no dinner as there was nothing she could eat. Offered no help with anything not a good representation of a 4 star hotel and very far from tram stop and theatre do not stay here

Good - although your website at Hoteldirect.co.uk was misleamisleading, the price quoted on the headline page was with breakfast but when we clicked through breakfast was extra.Location of hotel is a bit tricky if you have limited mobility as it is a ling walk fro all stations, however buses are frequent along King`s Cross road. Hotel very clean and staff friendly

"Nice Hotel and Great Location"
Stayed here for two nights in July. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. It was quite warm although there was a fan available. The hotel is a ten minute walk from Kings Cross station which means you can easy explore the sights. We also walked into Leicester Square which allowed us time to soak up the sights and explore the British Museum. Overall, a great place to stay.

First time at this hotel but will be back, clean, quiet and room was lovely. Staff pleasant and check in/out very straight forward. Crowne plaza is now our hotel of choice when we come to London

Hotel is ideally located 10 mins walk to Russell Square tube station which is a very pleasant walk. Rooms are elegant, clean and high standard. Highly Recommend the hotel for its quality and location.

This is a great hotel, we stayed here with children and it was great. Great breakfast and beds, lovely bar area. Ten minutes walk from Kings Cross. We will definitely stay here again :)

"Very comfortable, good location and excellent food"
We had a lovely staff at this hotel, very comfortable beds, great toiletries and good facilities in room- iron, hairdryer, fridge, tea and coffee.Breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly.A 10 minute walk to king`s cross and 15 minutes to Holborn tube.

"No bedding for our sons bed when we arrived"
Poor customer service. When we arrived we there was no bedding for our sons bed, this was a sofa bed. We called down to reception to ask about this and they said they would send room service straight away. (No Apology) when room service eventually arrived, we opened the door and they gave us a handful of bedding and a bottle of water, still no Apology. We made the bed to find out there was a single dovay in a double dovay cover and no pillows.
