The elevators are quite small and slow so stairs are the way to go (unless you have luggage with you). Check-In should not take place until after 4pm, because the hallways are extremely narrow and with the slow elevators, you will be an obstacle for the housekeeping group to move around you and your bags. Being American, I prefer space, and my one bed room was very small and claustrophobic for me. The location is the real benefit that The Plaza has to offer.

The rooms were comfortable well equiped and the public areas were well laid out and had plenty of seating. Both dinner and breakfast were very good and we felt the dinner especially was good value. All members of staff that we came into contact with were friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel is very well situated for theatres, shopping and site seeing. We would recommend a stay at this hotel and we would definately use it again!

Manager sorted out the money refund and apologised but out weekend was ruined as far as the accomodation went ,and would not want to experience the stay again !

Well situated location for visiting central London, with Bayswater tube 5 minutes walk away. Comfortable bed and nice pillows, excellent shower, plenty of space, small kitchen area for preparation of food if required. I wouild definitely recommend the Plaza to friends visiting London and would have no hesitation staying there again myself.
