Friendly staff and clean room, but no room service was available and the room was a very long way from the restaurants (the route to it was like going through a warren). The room was quiet and comfortable though, and I had a good night`s sleep. I also enjoyed using the swimming pool.

"Nice hotel "

Over all I found the hotel really nice! The front desk at times can be really busy and no orderly que formed as I was pushed in front of a few times! It doesn`t really help with people attending conferences coming to the same reception area. However, the staff were really friendly and the room was lovely. The planes above can be nosiy at times, but that`s not really an issue.

Very friendly staff; rooms clean and well presented however air con would have been appreciated however there was a fan available; didn`t get chance to use facilities but the grounds and big house itself very impressive; the breakfast was excellent , both plentiful in quantity and choice with hot food being hot and the coffee readily availabe and good too. Excellent base for exploring the area.

"Overall a good stay"

Two night stay, rooms very clean and well maintained. Conference guests were replaced with a lot of guests with children! Dinning area got very busy with food running out.restaurant Staff were all kept very busy but remaind helpfull and polite.Check in reception could have been better managed with extra staff brought in if there was a queue. Even the "manager" seemed to walk away from it.Noise from the doors could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. There are no extra pillows in th rooms. Should not have to ask for them! All in all nice stay good location for LondonWould stay there again

"Very large hotel set in lovely grounds- restaurant food quite pricey for the quality- "

I was staying at the hotel for an assessment day and the night before no one on the reception desk could tell me where it was held- the next morning they could but I had to ask two people, this wasn`t really good enough. Many others staying had the same problem even the next morning resulting in one member being sent to the wrong place and being late. Generally the staff were very polite and welcoming, this issue should be dealt with.

Hotel very good only problem was we were right the other end of the estate so to walk through to the resturant was not so good for me as I have problems walking alot of stairs I was not expecting when you look at the photo you see this large white building and that is where you expect to say so you need to show where

"Overall good but left a day early due to child illness some goodwill gesture would have been nice "

No form of gesture of goodwill was offered as we had to leave one day early due to child illness - something would have have been nice.

"Impersonal "

On arrival, reported to the Reception Area to check-in, and was given various information regarding the hotel and facilities including times for breakfast and directions to our room. The accommodation is arranged in numerous annexes, unfortunately we were given incorrect information as to which entrance door to use, resulting in a very long, uneccessary walk with heavy suitcases. The room when we eventually got there was disappointing, being rather small and dingy. The following morning we found our way to the dining room for breakfast at 9.30am, to be informed that breakfast finished at 9.00am Monday - Friday (as we had arrived on Sunday, it turned out that the Reception had misinformed us of the breakfast times). They did however, accomodate us and 2 other guests on this occasion, who had also been wrongly informed by Reception. As a conference centre I`m sure this works well, but for a relaxing overnight stay, as we expected, we were quite disappointed.

"breakfast could be better managed"

rooms very good , but on requesting marmalade for breakfast was told they had run out , for a hotel of this standard very poor service, someone colud have gone to tesco and perchased some, also the condition of the toaster in the resturant was digusting, I do not think it had been cleaned in ages, and staff were to eager to clear away plates, only just finished mouthful, and a final point after using swimming pool showers were cold

Very nice hotel and staff but the breakfast was not very special. Would have prefered to just book room only as not worth extra cost. Had dinner and that was great and was able to use Tastecard which was added bonus.

"Huge"

This is a vast developemnt of hotel and conferance centre. The location is stunning. Some of the rooms are a 10 -1 5 minute walk from the main facilities of the hotel and it can be very daunting for the less mobile. We had a banquet in the stunning chapel and the food was first class, as was the service. There seems to be hundreds of staff, all very charming and anxious to help. The rooms are not large - a bit dark - but very well fitted and equipped, with a good bathroom with bath and shower, but the bed is a small double, just 4`6" and the pillows are like small rocks.

"Great 3 night stay, with very helpful staff."

Small confusion with a double booking on the 3rd night was more than compensated for with a room upgrade to one of the main suites. Children well accommodated for during a busy convention week. Good breakfast & first class food in the evening.

"House keeping staff disturb you from 8am onwards, so if your hoping for a lie in, think again. "

It`s advertised as a great place for a family, I wouldn`t advise bringing children here. My children were woken up from drunk people fighting in the hall way. I phoned reception and complained but the disturbance went on for another half an hour.

"It`s a Long Way to Those Bedrooms!"

We enjoyed our stay at the Beaumont. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Our dinner was very good and the breakfast was very nice as well. We would highly recommend it, however there were just a few things we would change: We arrived at about 8:00pm on a Tues. and there didn`t seem to be anyone available to help us with our luggage and it was a very long way from reception to our room; we would like to have been able to have a later breakfast than 9:00am and while we were having our breakfast staff were cleaning up all around us and finally we did not like the 2.5 Euro charge for using our credit card.

"Fantastic location, setting etc but disappointing accommodation and service"

When we arrived, we were really impressed with the grounds and the overall look of the place. But the rooms are separate from the hotel and very much like a standard type hotel room, such as Premier Inn. We had been upgraded to a Superior room courtesy of the hotel, due to the fact that it was our wedding anniversary, but actually it just meant the furnishings were a bit more luxurious. The restaurant and grill prices are over the top and the drinks are extortionate. It is a really fabulous location and a beautiful venue for a wedding, the staff were really polite, but the service was slow and disorganised and the prices were over the top generally. Having said that, we really enjoyed ourselves and it is a lovely place to visit.

"A very enjoyable stay"

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that the pool wasn`t open. Also thought jugs of coffee at breakfast weren`t very efficient I think coffee machines would be better so customers could help themselves to hot coffee.

This was our problem room103 was sooo far from everything within the hotel. Maybe some more creative ideas for breakfast. It was a very busy weekend for you with two weddings at the same time and you ALL handled the hotel very well. Thank you

"lovely location "

very nice hotel.there`s a harvester down the road for those on a cheaper budget.didn`t mention on line / in hotel that it is actually within walking distance of Runnymede --where the Magna Carta was signed. was very moving going to vist the nearby memorials which are located in a beautiful wood . also -- you can get a boat to windsor nearby as well. another bonus ..much nicer than driving. however,---- no cold water in room in morning . probably because so many people using it .still --

"Beautiful hotel and grounds with very helpful and friendly staff"

This hotel is absolutely huge! It took several minutes to walk to our room but we didn`t mind as when we arrived it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There are a large number of staff wandering around and they were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choice. The only downside was having to stand in the carpark at 7.30am in the pajamas when the fire alarm went off but that was just bad timing and we were let back in fairly quickly. I would definitely stay in this hotel again

"Really friendly staff, great food, well maintained hotel;"

We really enjoyed the restaurant buffet for dinner and breakfast. We coulcn`t use the pool as it was closed due to problems with the chlorine levels, but it looked lovely. The staff were very friendly and my child even got a goody bag of colouring and puzzle books to do. Thoroughly recommend staying here andi definitely will again.

"Good quality hotel with friendly staff"

Despite there being two weddings on we were put in a room at the South block which was nice and quiet although it was a bit of a hike to get to. The grounds were lovely and we would stay again.

"shabby"

Hotel very large, and very very long confusing corridors to find room. No one to help carry baggage and baby to room. Room shabby, cupboard door handle broken which resulted in my husband cutting himself. Outer door lock looked shabby as if someone had tried to brake into it at some point. Will not be staying in this hotel again

"Great service,lovely rooms very clean."

We booked last minute so got an excellent price, but we had read from other reveiws the rooms were quite small,we were expecting to be a bit squashed as we were travelling with a baby and had a lot of baggage. When we arrived the check in staff were very friendly although we were kept waiting for a while. When i explained we needed a room big enough for a travel cot we were upgraded to a family room straight away to make up for the long wait we had in the queue. The room was huge and very modern and a gentleman came with the travel cot straight away and set it up himself and even put the blankets in.The buffet breakfast was delicious and had everything other than STRONG coffee! We didn`t get to see the facilities as we went into windsor that evening and left early in the morning for london. We would definitely stay again as getting into london was quick and easy, and next time we would make time to enjoy the leisure facilities.

"Impersonal, chaotic and ,at best, bland"

On check-in I was infromed that the adjoining rooms which I had ordered and which were confirmed in the booking were not avaiable. After some time two adjoining rooms were found but only after forceful discussion which is not the way to start a short break. The rooms were small but adequate. Service was poor and staff inattentive. The dining facilites were more akin to a canteen and were certainly not 4 star quality. I would not stay again.
