"Great City Centre"

Second time we have stayed and even more impressed this time. Very nice room, modern, clean and well appointed. Appreciated the iMac and internet. Inclusive breakfast meant overall excellent value. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking available and easily accessible.Couldn`t ask for more.Will certainly stay again next time we are in B/Ham.

"Absolute luxury"

My party were very impressed by the GardenInn, areal warm welcome and the rooms were first class. We dined in the restaurant, and must say the service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast the same, lovely friendly staff, this really was an experience i will definately use again.

"Spacious well equiped comfortable rooms!"

This hotel is very well situated near to city centre and canal. The disabled room was spacious and the bathroom was especially well equiped and set up like a wet room with very easy access. The beds were comfortable and a range of pillows offered to meet every taste. The apple computer/tv was wonderful with free access to internet and a good range of tv channels. The breakfast was first class and plentiful. The staff were helpful and friendly and provided good local information. The main gripe would be the prices in the bar and the noise level of the bar in the evening. The only other small problem we had was finding the tea making facilities and hairdryer, either instructions or labels would be appreciated! Over all a very positive experience, we would definitely stay there again!

"One of the best hotels I have stayed in for ages."

This Hotel is a fantastic choice when visiting the City. Close to the NIA and all the main attractions including the Bull Ring. I arrived by train and the close location to the station made the whole weekend stress free. The rooms are excellent with great facitlities and the staff were very friendly and helpful despite the dreadful weather making it difficult. Everything you could ask for and a great price. Highly recommended.
