"Convenient location just 10 mins walk to Leeds center and nice clean hotel. Great value"

Rooms were very nice and clean with plenty of room. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It is just a short 10 mins walk to the center of Leeds with all shops restaurants and bars available or just £3 in a taxi. Breakfast was good - just very busy as many visitors staying. Overall very good value for money.

"Stayed in room 204. Although room was clean it felt very basic and outdated. "

The room was "tired" and in need of updating. There was a large space at one side of the room that needed some furniture or another bed in. Hanging space was limited. Staff were friendly and although there were no actual issues we decided we wouldn`t stay there again due to the room feeling very basic and not very welcoming. I have stayed at Holiday Inn in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham approx 7 years ago and the room at Leeds appeared to be exactly as I remembered that hotel in Birmingham but obviously after 7 years it needs updating.

Great value - although I have to own the room is a little small for anything other than young children. Good breakfast.

Plite staff when we arrived. Clean & pleasant reception area. Clean rooms, well laid out. Good breakfast.

"Quick.easy but more expensive than Travelodge!"

Rooms no better than a Travelodge - but more expensive - double bed too small and mattress uncomfortable. But convenient and helpful staff - didn`t like the car parking charges on top of the room rate.

Very handy for city centre, good little bar-restaurant ( a snooker club ) about 50 yards up the road ( lovely outdoor deck if weather is good ). TGI Fridays opposite all in all a very good location and excellent hotel.
