"hotel shuttle driver not helpful. would not leave us off terminal 2 as I am a disabled person ."

Hotel good staff very helpful except hotel shuttle driver let the side down. Anytime before I have stayed here the drivers have always been very helpful. Watch us having to walk from Zone 16 knowing we would have to the distance to terminal 2.

Very easy to book online, staff were exceptional and Room accommodations and bar food were superb for the money.I was very worried when the bus turned up to collect us from the airport as if was filthy, but other than that everything was excellent would stay again and recommend to friends travelling through Dublin!

"Great value & courtesy bus to Airport was perfect"

This hotel is excellent when travelling to and/from Dublin airport. It`s short distance, by courtesy bus, makes it a quiet location.Rooms are spacious & very clean & comfortable. I have used this hotel a number of times and it is always to be recommended.

"Quiet, friendly, clean - great shuttle bus service, perfect!!"

This was our first time using Bewleys Airport Hotel and we`d definitely do so again. Our flight was late in (after midnight) but the shuttle bus was there and transferred us in no time to the hotel. When we arrived we found we had been upgraded at no extra cost to one of the hotels fantastic suites which was a lovely way to end our holiday. Thank you Bewleys, would highly recommend!

"Pillows "

The only downside to our stay were the truly terrible pillows. I think management should look into this. Room 285 .. Lumpy, old, very high and very heavy, Lord only knows what they have been stuffed with. All ok otherwise .. Thank you

"Hotel busy, check in slow,"

We were in room 344, shower worked but knob converting it to shower leaked ++. Evening meal very good, service OK but slow to respond, maybe limited staff and busy area with numerous coach trips. Check in slow, at least 5 employees there when we arrived only 1 of whom seemed to be doing anything to do with visitors, but good at dealing with our requests when we got there. We had great difficulty in finding room number as there was no logic about the way it was done. The hotel was busy/full and getting a drink at the bar was a lengthy process.

"Airport transfer service is not protected from rain. AND IT COULD BE."

I stayed for one night and the hotel is excellent. there were two areas in which you can improve. the bus transfer should be under cover from the rain. all people travelling had to run from the foyer to the bus and some got wet including children. Why cant you have a sail canopy or port cocher in the front. second problem was when I arrived some young people were drunk and were carrying pints of beer (including young ladies). solution is to not allow people to carry out drinks in public dry non alcohol areas. Hotel is excellent and good value for money. staff are courteous and professional. Keep improving and you will be the best.

"Convenient, Clean and Welcoming "

Great location for Dublin airport. Free courtesy bus runs regularly to and from airport which is less than 10 minutes away. Lovely clean rooms. Very friendly staff and great ambience in the lobby which serves very nice pub grub if you don`t want to eat in the restaurant. I`ve used other hotels at Dublin Airport and Bewleys is my favourite.

"Excellent hotel perfect for early morning flights."

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room perfect overlooking Dublin City and Dublin and Wicklow mountains. Had a meal in the restaurant and both my husband and I cleaned our plates which is not normal for us. Have stayed on numerous occacions and will be staying again looking forward to it.

"My number one choice of Hotel when travelling Via Dublin airport "

Really clean comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great ambience. Free courtesy bus available every 20 minutes (24 hours a day). Only a few minutes away from Dublin Airport. Great value for money. I have stayed many times at Bewleys having tried other airport hotels and I wouldn`t stay anywhere else

"A great hotel/airport link service"

We got lost on our way to Dublin Airport (from the North) and rang Beweleys (Swords) - following sat nat!A wonderful receptionist answered our call, recognised our location and set us on our way with instructions to follow the Portmarnock road sign. Restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and a joy to be with. Thank you.

"Well situated for airport (free bus every 30 mins) Clean and tidy` very friendly."

Breakfast was a little bit expensive - but quite normal for Dublin nowadays -(plus you can more or less eat what you want.) Rooms are large and comfortable - can.t beat it really for a short stay - taxi into Dublin approx 19 Euros.

Directions could be much improved. Maybe by GPS coordinates, as there are different addresses for the hotel. After several nerve wrecking attempts to find the hotel on our own, we finally went to the airport and followed the hotel bus.

Access both to the airport and to Dublin is easy and convenient. The rooms are always pristine clean and pretty well soundproof. I would not hesitate to recommend Bewleys.

"Efficient and comfortable"

The hotel was very crowded when I arrived but the staff were friendly and efficient and were at all times able to process each customer so that queues reduced quickly and no one was too delayed.

so glad your hotel coach runs for 24 hours otherwise I would have been well stuck as my flight did not get in until in until 23,30 and I did not realise what time I would arrive at Dublin airport until it was too late another plus for bewleys hotel thank you as we are in our late seventies
