"Lovely helpful Staff."

Rooms fine although the second smaller bed could do with a new mattress. You could hear the springs every time you moved.

"All looking a bit tired"

The room was a little tired in decor but the staff were friendly and welcoming. There were no teaspoons with tea cups at breakfast which was bizarre and most inconvenient. The breakfast was advertised as a full Irish but with no falls or soda bread, instead cheap bread was available. The breakfast felt mass produced and tasted a little bland.

"Just what we wanted"

Apart from providing a death trap of an iron sent to my room this hotel was ideal for this trip. I was on a stag do! The large bar downstairs was warm and welcoming and the prices (compared to others in Dublin) were fair. The breakfast was excellent too. Overall would definitely stay here again as its location is second to none.

"Great location, needs renovation"

The Arlington Temple Bar is superbly located in the heart of Dublin, between the Tepmle Bar district and the viking district and really close to all the main attractions of the city. But the hotel is rather worn down, and definetly needs a renovation to be top class.

"Friendly but Dated"

Good Area, Friendly Efficient Service and Staff, Clean, kettle leaked(R122, dangerous near electricity), stair carpets threadbare, and furnishings dated, hotel good do with an upgrade/refurb but all in all adequate for the price

"Great Location!"

Hotel is situated in an ideal place for access to the Temple Bar area (which while expensive, is a great night out regardless of what day of the week). Additionally, the Viking/Medieval exhibit and Dublin Castle are less that 2 minutes walk away and bus stop "11" for the Hop-On, Hop-Off tours (which take you to places like the Guinness Storehouse, Pheonix Park and the Jameson Factory) is right across the road.Staff were all really friendly and the bar staff know how to pour a proper pint of the black stuff!Only real negative was the decor in the room which is dated, but clean. Would easily stay again.

"There are better hotels for less money"

I came to this hotel to meet up with friends. The main room was ok but the bathroom was in a poor state. The basin was cracked and had filler holding it together. The only bonus was a cheap hotel bar but some staff not so friendly. Shauna was the one that made the stay worth while as she went out of her way to ensure my friends baby was getting lots of attention

"Staff were amazingly helpful and informative."

Very central location for everything we wanted to see and do. But it was the helpful, kind and informative staff who made our stay such a memorable visit.

"Excellent 3 star hotel in the heart of Dublin"

Very good standard 3 star hotel in the Temple Bar district. Friendly staff and good size, clean room with all the amenities expected. If you want to be in walking distance this is a good hotel and good value.

Good location. Unfortunately Hotel is looking very dated and tired. The bed linen was clean also the towels, but the room required a deep clean, the toilet due to no working extractor fan had a lingering smell of urine. Some new decor would be beneficial. The net curtains on the windows had not been washed since ????? Also the windows themselves needed cleaning and painting. When you go to stay in a Hotel regardless of the price you expect a certain standard and being clean should be a priority of any Service.

"service from staff and food were excellent"

The hotel is friendly and in a great city location. The staff were very helpful and polite at all times. The only negative that I would give is that the hotel is getting a little tired and the bedroom needed upgrading. The bath panel was cracked quite badly and the actual bath had black marks in. The room was very clean and clean towels were provided daily. I think the disappointment was that we were on our 25th wedding anniversary and had ordered a double room, but the beds were two single ones pushed together, which whilst were not too uncomfortable is not what we would have expected.I am noy sure that I would stay at the Arlington again as I do value comfort as important and the beds were not ideal.

"Great and would return "

We stayed for 1 night, hotel staff very helpful and lovely. Room standard, price great, central location easy to walk to all attractions and so close to temple bar area. We didn`t book breakfast on booking, but did decide to have breakfast once there, it was really nice. The only negative was the noise from the street, as you are so close to everything, however we went paddy`s weekend so party didn`t stop. I would return to hotel and recommend it to friends.

"Very good value."

Excellent location and helpful staff. There was only one bedside table, so I had to use a chair on the other side of the bed, but it was a very minor inconvenience. Hotel room was clean with good reading lights.

"good hotel great location very friendly helpful staff "

Room needs a little updating but tidy overall breakfast is a must great choices very tasty no other problems maybe a little noisy in the middle of the night but l assume most people staying there will go to temple bar because of Its close proximity good overall .
