"Very friendly and welcoming hotel"

We had a great stay at the Andaz. Its in a brilliant location and very easy to find. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was fantastic. The room was a good size for a triple.

Exclusive feel to the whole place. Complimentary glass of wine whilst being checked in was a lovely touch as were the coffee and pastries in the morning.

"Brilliant Hotel, Great Stay!"

From the greeting at the door and the efficient valet parking through to the unique check in, the staff here really make you feel welcome. The hotel is beautifully appointed blending period features with the modern touches. Contemporary art is hidden in plain sight and is the finishing touch to what just become my favorite hotel.

"Nice , clean hotel, food and beverages extremely overpriced."

The pricing policy of this Hotel is awful, READ THE SMALL PRINT is all I need to say. The Hotel is well situated and staff fairly well trained , but for a non-central hotel the food and beverage prices are ridiculous. I am not tight but come on!!!

"Great hotel, worthy of it`s 5* rating"

Great check in procedure, swift and without fuss. We were taken to the room and shown the facilities, which were very good. Room service also excellent. Decor is special because of the history of the place - period features fused with contemporary elegance. 5 different restaurants and even a pub - where I watched the football with a pint! Location next to Liverpool Street is perfect. Great effort despite the price.

"worth the money"

Great hotel and staff very helpful and room very nice and i love the treats they give you every day in the fridge. its good location to tube station so that was very good to be able to get around london and for all you laddies its two mins away from oxford street for all the shops..........

"Andaz was excellent "

Really enjoyed our stay at the Andaz, Great room, Great location with it being so close to Liverpool Street station. Also the staff seemed really freindly. Definately will be staying there again SOON

`Catch` restaurant associated to the hotel had lovely food however the overwhelming and intrusive noise from the dj in the champagne bar next to it totally spoilt the evening - we could hardly hear each other speak! I would not recommend it at all.Plus the room smelt of moth balls ( to be fair they did offer to move us as soon as they knew) and at 10am there was no hot water, to wash or shower with. And lastly if you are a woman and want a full length mirror in your room, choose another hotel as ours did not have one.

Great service, excellent staff, lovely room. My only critiscism is the price of food - £18 for fish and chips? We would have loved to have room service one night after a long day in Londoan, but surely you can`t possibly think that price is reasonable or a good service for your guests?

"Great Service - great hotel"

Very gooz service - from complimentary welcome drinks whilst we checked in to free minibar. Nothing was too much. The rooms were great - the double bed was enormous! Breakfast was great too - paid £15:00 but it wasa worth it., The restaurant was an amazing room. I would definetly go back to this hotel!

Low key chic and stylish. Huge bed, very comfy and room lovely and quiet. Friendly and efficient welcome - would stay again.

"Fabulous service"

This was a New Year treat for me and my partner and it was great. We had a huge room (I think we got an upgrade) and the quality of everything in there was excellent. The most impressive thing was the service provided by every member of the staff there; they couldn`t do enough for us and we both felt this was the best hotel service we`d ever had.

"A welcome Break!"

This was a surprise gift for my wife, it met her expectation and more. Lovely decore and a large choice of restaurants and bars to choose from. Food and service was silver service to say the least , however on a disappointing note I did speak with the Hotel 2 days before to inform then that it was my Wife 40th Birthday and was it possible to arrange something for her. This did not materialise which was a bit of a disappointment after having a discussion with reservation days before

"Stylish and well located hotel"

Andaz is v stylish. Check-in/out can be slow. Booking thru HotelDirect included breakfast, but needed to show confirmation of this to hotel as they had no record of that! King size bedroom was v good size. Bed and bedding v v comfortable. Free healthy mini-bar was nice touch. Good size bathroom. Would use again.

"Great Room, Great Location, Great Brekie, BUT NOISEY TOILET"

Absolutely great hotel, with amazing food, nice touches, and attentive staff.9/10 all in all HOWEVERThe toilet which is most likely one of these water saving jobs makes a frightenigly loud noise on flushing.This sounds OK until you realise that everyone elses toilet is the same and you can hear most of them!!!Add to this the very early hour some people seem to need to flush on saturday morning took a good degree of the shine off an otherwise perfect weekend
