â??Allâ?? staff were friendly and professional including the cleaning and bar staff aswell as those carrying out maintenance on site. Not once did anyone pass without a greeting and a smile. The room was of high standard and without fault. Not sure we would have been as happy had we been allocated a room overlooking the carpark but were delighted to be overlooking the river and grounds. Fantastic service during my stay all staff were pleasant and helpful.I stayed in a well appointed room with a view and breakfast was piping hot and fresh.hotel was has been well maintained and is now on my return list.

"Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, excellent facilities!"

We had a very restful stay at Oaskley Court. The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located close to the M4 and very close to Windsor. The hotel itself is clean, well organised with excelletn facilities. The gym and other leisure facilities were well presented and more than adequate for a weekend stay.The rooms were large and had everything we needed and again very clean. Our only complaint was the rooms were a bit hotLovely food, great service, reasonably priced wine all made for a great stay.Would definitely recommend

overall a good place to stay. generally very helpful but i was deeply disappointed in the lack of flexibility re changing bookings. make sure you really do want to stay there on that night before booking otherwise you may be forced so to do against your new plans

"Lovely hotel and dinner was very good but the dining room lacks warmth and ambiance."

We had to completely remake our bed as under sheets were not in place at all. Could not open windows as too stiff. When we settled the bill were not even asked if we had a pleasant stay. This was a present to my husband and was not upto expectations.

The building and setting are stunning. The rooms are comfortable & clean. Staff are friendly.The only down side was the steam room was unclean. Also, same as most places, not enough tea bags etc in the room!

Country house was amazing - the view, decor and surroundings. However, amajor let down was the staff. I would have expected paying a high fee yielding a high level of service. I can`t remember a single person working at Oakley court smiling at customers. Secondly,we were made to wait 30 minutes for breakfast. Overall the location is amazing but other factors werenot good

"Celebrated our 40th Wedd Ann at Oakley Court with our family. AMAZING!!"

From online booking to Our stay at Oakley Court we had an amazing stay. We were upgraded to a river facing room, and the service and staff outstanding. I must mention Daryl, who on Sat night went to extensive lengths to fulfill a few requests with agenuine smile on his face! He is a valuable asset to your organisation. We will be back with the whole family in the spring. Congrats on a wonderful Hotel. Thankyou. Colleen Howard

"Great hotel, expensive but worth it for a treat"

Good hotel, great facilities, were good with my small children, However expensive to eat in, we only ate in the bar, the bill was over £30 for 3 people for snacks and drinks... definately London prices.

"Lovely Hotel"

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and the room was clean with a fantastic view, the grounds were spectacular and I enjoyed a great game of tennis in the sun. If I had one criticism, it would be that the breakfast was a little bit of a let down; in terms of choice. The fruit salad was of poor quality and it would be nice to have fresh orange juice.

very good level of customer service, nothing to much trouble even at 4.30am. Beautiful setting, facilities all of good standard. As we had an early flight we unfortunately didn`t experience the breakfast or late check out.

An excellent location with facilities for families and individual guests. Sometimes overloaded with conference delegates but not to the detriment of occasional visitors. Health club, restaurant and bar staffed by helpful competant people. We would be happy to holiday here again..

Guests are a captured market unless prepared to drive to another location for food. Receptionist particularly unhelpful when advice and information requested relating to surrounding attractions and assistance with directons. Recptionist suggested swiping credit card to acess internet to research available local amenities. Not the level of service expected from this standard of hotel.

"sitting by the thames with fantastic views, a real treat"

A super hotel which we visited for the third time, due to its location, and stunning views., the grounds sweeping down to the river bank. The staff are friendly, helpful and fully professional, especially in the resteraunt which provides a healthy option for breakfast. We cycled by the thames watching the boats go by and inspected Dorney lock which is ready for the 2012 olympics and just across the river by footbridge.A pleasant walk into Eton and Windsor, if you are prepared to make a day of it!! thanks, norman and angela

We were in Windsor for a wedding so didn`t have any time to enjoy all the facilities on offer at at Oakley Court. However, our room was great and we enjoyed the glamourous setting.

Excellent customer service. I really liked that instead of waiting in a queue to be seated for breakfast you where directed to the lounge for a drink and pastry and the restaurant manager came to for you when your table was ready. Also, I had booked two rooms a double and a twin. The allocated rooms where both twins so I was given an alternative double room. Unfortunately the twin room was far superior (although nothing really wrong with the double) so they immediately reallocated us to the room next to the others and housekeeping changed the twim to a double. Nothing too much trouble from my experience. Good value for money

Loved every second of staying here - all staff were friendly I was especially impressed and pleased with concierge a very helpful man who helped us with our boat trip up the Thames . Loved the location upon the river and our rooms were everything we needed especially comfortable king size beds
