The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Unfortunately unless you paid for it , what was on offer on tv was very weak.English breakfast very dry and not tasty at all....

"Clean and Quiet"

The hotel was clean and quiet. There was an Ipod dock and a TV which was great as I forgot mine (ipod dock of course!). The shower was amazing. Would stay there again 100%

"Good Value, Easily Accessible hotel."

I was able to leave my case securely at the hotel prior to booking in which was very useful. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Good quality accommodation, air conditioning etc no external noise despite main road. I did not have breakfast but the facilities looked good. Stayed 2 nights and will stay again.

"Rude Staff"

the rooms are excellent, highly recommended but the staff was the really rude, i gave a deposit and they totally didnt want to give it back, its only when i reminded them they rectified the error

"Lovely hotel"

We thought the hotel was lovely and clean. Egyption cotton sheets are always nice!The restaurant ajoined to the hotel is not all that much thou. Very disappointed, the decour is lovely but lacks atmosphere and the food is awful. What a shame.

"The room was unbearably hot and stuffy. Air con totally inadequate."

Otherwise a pleasant clean hotel. Efficient friendly staff. Probably wont stay again though we had such a bad nights sleep due to the above.

"No food avilable"

Checked into hotel at about 9.30pm room was small but comfortable, View from the window was the roof which was full of old planks of wood. Not a good sight for a 4 star hotel, Then rang down for room service at 10pm to be told no food avilable but tescos was open across the road. We were not notified on check in that no food was availble and it clearly stated on hotel information in the room that food was avilable unto 10.30pm then sandwiches after that time.Breakfast was nice but served on chipped crocery,

"Many other hotels in the London area offer better quality at a cheaper price."

Overpriced, we had a tiny room, no bath, its in Kilburn not Maida Vale as the website suggests. Staff were friendly but lacked the professionalism i would expect from 4 star accommodation; didn`t seem to know that i had payed in advance, when i asked them to look at the paperwork they said "its okay, we trust you". We also added a full english breakfast to our booking; we we`re given beef sausages and turkey rashers, this needs to be made clear when booking especially at the extra cost of £17 that it is not a proper full english otherwise we would not have booked a breakfast. Would not stay here again unless offered at a substantially lower cost. Is it really 4 star?

"Very Clean and Tidy Hotel - However...... PROBLEMS"

Hotel Bar closed on Friday and Saturday night at 11pm when signs clearly stated that its open until 2am for Hotel residents, excuse from hotel .... not enough residents in bar to remain open ! If you are looking for a Hotel with a good nightly atmosphere and a drink before you go to bed, this is not the one. As the Hotel is a little out of central london, after 11pm its very hard to get a drink anywhere within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and tidy (Shower excellent) As Air conditioning wasn`t very good, in warm weather the rooms get extremely hot and it doesn`t help when you can`t open any windows as they are locked sealed by Hotel. Rooms also VERY small, sizes different in each room.... compared to other London hotels. On a positive though, Kilburn Park Tube Station is around 200yds away and you are in Oxford Street / Central London in 10 / 15 mins.

"a real find!"

This hotel was perfectly placed for me as I`m in between Ealing and Wembley - but it`s very close to Kilburn Park tube station, so getting into town is very quick. I was surprised by the quality of this place - they`ve really made an effort and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. nice room, great designer touches, quiet and warm. This is great quality for the price paid - many thanks to the staff!

nothing seemed to work properly in the room, and no 24 hrs maintance team available, had to wait for 48hrs and decided to check out. no explanation given, no contact made to apologise. in short poor services

"Initial presentation is good but ......"

Reception staff was helpful at the hotel though repeated calls before check in as we could not locate the hotel, were never answered.After 1st night - room was still not tidied when we returned at 2 pm which ends up waiting in lounge and spending money on coffee whilst waiting.Door lock was not working and was given a vip room. It felt nice initially but was alarmed by the falling and chipping of a floor tile on the side of the bath. Overall we did have quite a good stay apart from the mishaps.

no room for us as they had over booked & hotel was not finished ! Re booked us to central london which meant we missed the start of the u2 gig at wembley which was for my wifes birthday present. did provide taxi for us but will not answer e mails for the free nights stay we were promised. all in all very disappointing & wont recommend.

"the prefect finishing touch"

after the show was very pleased with the hotel staff were helpful and really nice to talk to, the room was great would consider coming back and doin another theatre break, food was great and reassonable price

hotel in a good location, 2 min from kilburn park tube station, close to centre, overall hotel looks new and stylish , BUT BIG BIG PROBLEM , windowns dont open , and you cant see the day light, so is so difficult to wake up in the morning! also because of the window problem u have to realy only on air con and it gets sooooooooooo hot in the room!!! also all the stuff is friendly EXCEPT OF ONE VERY RUDE GUY AT RECEPTION, i felt like he was always doing me a favour :( not happy !

"Nice hotel, Good decor, well appointed and very quiet,"

Needs a user guide on how to use the shower (we drenched everything!). The breakfast needs a choice for those who prefer (because of their beliefs) not to eat pork (an English Breakfast doesn`t seem real without bacon - just replaced by turkey (made to look like bacon rashers)

"well positioned hotel for people wanting easy access to the westend"

A new hotel in kilburn. Positioned in the busy kilburn high road, an arterial road into the heart of London. Though busy the rooms are well insulated. For sound though air con needs some adjustments. As the room was very hot. A few eateries though not spoil for choice.The room is well appointed with modern dark wood features. The rooms are certainly adequate for a stay over in London with a great shower.

on a recent stay at this hotel my husband and i were very pleased and would use this hotel again without hesitation.The staff were friendly and helpfull the hotel itself is very modern and tastefully decorated,rooms were very clean and comfortable,there is a bar on the ground floor which had a dj both friday and saturday nights and breakfast was very good. Not a bad word to say about this hotel,definetely recommend it.

"new hotel teething problems"

This was a brand new hotel the rooms were very luxurious and the hotel in a good location, we had a few teething problems with checking in (sent to an already occupied room) then no draught beer available as know one knew how to change a barrel, this last thing was no wake up call therefore missing half of our day in london, However the General manager and reception manager made more than a mens for this issues with their caring and apologetic attitude. We are planning another trip to london and would still use and recommend the hotel Quality Maitrise. We do genuinely believe the management team that these were teething issues and are looking forward to a problem free visit which will result in a excellent review being given. Do use this hotel as a good base for a stay in london and luxury hotel at a great rate.

"Very nice hotel, but no natural light in the room."

There was a false window in our room so no natural light, I didn`t like waking up without morning light. but otherwise everything was very nice. The room was hot, but it had an air conditioner.

"Good location, avarage overall."

An ideal location for our concert at Wembley Staduim. A clean hotel if strangely laid out. Full English was very nice and freshly cooked. Overall this was not a bad hotel but we have stayed in better across the City for a similar price. Staff seemed unsure of their roles and the breakfast area space was limited so be mindful when you go down for breakfast.

"Good nights sleep but new hotel & things not working"

Despite being on a busy main road the hotel was quiet ,and the room and bed comfortable.But the wardrobe door would not open properly, the mini-bar was locked and the TV stopped working after a few minutes. Before it broke the TV showed it was a hotel broadband system and although the channels could be seen, there was no clue as to what was on - not very good at all. Vent-axia in the bathroom was not working. Other wise OK

"Once we had checked in we were very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price we paid. "

Arriving by car on a day when it decided to rain non stop was challenging. The hotel is sited right on a busy junction with no parking facilities we drove round the block 3 times before we took our life in our own hands pulled up, emptied the car and then asked `where can we park` We were given details of a car park just a few mins away, not sure if this is on the Hotel Website, if not would be really useful to put this in. Once we arrived in our room we were very impressed, although compact the decoration and overall standard was good. Although located on a busy High Street, we wouldn`t hear any road noise and we had a very pleasant stay. Thought they could have run to more than 2 teabags and coffee sachets etc!!

"excellent location right next to tube and train station"

ignore any bad reviews youve read for this new stylish contemporary hotel. it is indeed quality! yes its brand new, and yes they are still working on it. but where else in london would you get a room in a nice hotel for less than £100?!, exactly! we overlooked the main road in a small but perfectly formed room with no problems whatsoever. will definately return here if they keep the prices reasonable.

"The hotel will be nice when it`s finished!"

Good location and good decor where it is finished. During our stay the lift rarely worked and the stairway to first floor was dusty,unpainted and had bare plasterboard. The room was clean and obviously new. High spec bathroom. The telly was tricky to turn off and bathroom door caught on door frame. No ironing board or iron. Housekeeping said they would bring one to the room but after 10 mins wait we decided to go to breakfast creased! The continental breakfast was basic but pleasant.

"Convenient and comfortable"

Brand spangly new hotel, still having some finishing touches. Very nicely decorated and convenient for the theatre - short tube ride. Only down side, stayed over on a Friday and there was a DJ in the bar below, very loud music until the early hours.

lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff, rooms are a bit on the small side. Only problem i had was that as the building work is still not completed there were workmen outside the windows when i opened the blinds in the morning which was slightly disconcearting. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice. Would have rated exellent if the building work had been completed. Would stay there again.
