"Good Atmosphere in pleasant surroundings"

We wanted a quiet overnight stay near Richmond Park. . very helpful service made our stay a very happy one

"Disappointment"

I booked a room with yourselves for 1 night on the 16th to the 17th of September costing £111 while travelling down to the hotel i was informed by 1 of your staff that i had been move to Warren House and was not given an explanation as to why, or even directions as to how to get there, we arrived at warren house after a 4 hour drive the room was not to the same standard as your own, the menu was very basic with little choice the service at warren house was poor i wont be recommending your hotel to friends and relatives

"COMFORTABLE ROOM AND GOOD HOTEL FACILITIES"

NICE WELCOME FROM GENTLEMAN AT RECEPTION. ALSO HELPFUL WITH QUESTIONS WE ASKED. HOTEL WITHIN 5 MINUTES WALK TO RICHMOND PARK AND AN EASY JOURNEY TO THE TOWN AND RIVER, EITHER IN THE CAR OR BY BUS. HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND THE COURTYARD WAS PLEASANT TO SIT OUT IN. WOULD NOT HESITATE IN STAYING THERE AGAIN.

easy access to wimbledon by bus, 15 mins. comfortable rooms but in need of some refurb. althouh bar was meant to be open, on 2 occasions there was one one serving, we waited 10 mins, no one came so we left. staff very friendly

"Simple"

The hotel overall was not bad, it was simple but clean. But i felt way to far out of London for a theatre break. We had to take a 20min train into london, this was too far to be able to come back to refresh before the show.

Very friendly and helpful... directions weren`t very good though?
