| | | Guest rating: | 18/9/2010 | | "Disappointment" | | | | I booked a room with yourselves for 1 night on the 16th to the 17th of September costing £111 while travelling down to the hotel i was informed by 1 of your staff that i had been move to Warren House and was not given an explanation as to why, or even directions as to how to get there, we arrived at warren house after a 4 hour drive the room was not to the same standard as your own, the menu was very basic with little choice the service at warren house was poor i wont be recommending your hotel to friends and relatives

HOTEL WITHIN 5 MINUTES WALK TO RICHMOND PARK AND AN EASY JOURNEY TO THE TOWN AND RIVER, EITHER IN THE CAR OR BY BUS. HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND THE COURTYARD WAS PLEASANT TO SIT OUT IN. WOULD NOT HESITATE IN STAYING THERE AGAIN.
