The Park Plaza was very refreshing, room spotless, really good sized standard double room, comfortable bed, well sound proofed room, little or no traffic noise ( I was on 5th Floor) and very attentive /helpful staff. I definately will go back.

Little things make it excellent. Comfortable beds, heated mirrors in the bathroom a good bar and breakfast as well as excellent service and very helpful staff made our short break thoroughly enjoyable.

In the resturant the food is beautiful as with room service and there is a special offer at the moment which is a 2 course meal with half a bottle of wine for £15! Very resonable we loved every minute and we was very pleased with our choice to stay there.

| Guest rating: | 31/8/2010 | | "hotel was great very close to victoria well worth paying a bit more ,except i booked 2 excutivetwin " | | | | i booked 2 executive twin rooms as i was with my daughter her friend and my sister in law .when we arrived we checked in at this point we where not told we had be given 2 double rooms. when i phoned reception i was inform my only other option was for 1 room to be on the second floor and the second to be on the fifth floor. As my daughter and her friend are only 16 my sister in law and i spent a very cosy night together (not through any choice of our own). three days later i am still waiting to hear from the hotel.

THe room, although not huge, was very tastefully decorated and very clean. THe bathroom was particularly nice with chrome and glass fittings. Breakfast, which we included in our deal, was excellent. THe only negative point is that the bed was a bit too soft for our liking. However, that is a small complaint and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The only negative thing would be the extremely high price of drinks at the bar. 16 pounds for 2 drinks? Wow.
