"Hotel stay"

My hotel stay has so far been incredible. The food is amazing and service is outstanding. Beds are outstandingly comfortable all in all I`ve had an amazing time

"Excellent hotel and location "

Hotel is very modern and very beautiful. Celebrated our daughters 18th birthday and there was a lovely birthday cake waiting for her in our room upon arrival.

The porters & in front team were excellent , helpful & polite!Restaurant staff could be slightly more friendlier .. Rooms & beds are very comfortable!.. would highly recommend a stay there!

"Faultless"

Booked this as a xmas present for my wife so wanted something a little more special and this hotel delivered. Easy check in and upgraded to a city view suite with compliments of the hotel. Opened the curtains and there was Big Ben! Spotlessly clean,friendly staff and breakfast in bed,what more could you ask for. Thank you park plaza will look to stay again.

Modern hotel hip and trendy, catered for everything. Large bath great shower mood lighting large telly great big spacious bed. Clean tidy hotel and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was really good so much choice and cooked very nice.

"Park Plaza Westminster - Good but not as good expected"

Disappointed that on second day our Bath Towels (which we hadn`t asked to be replaced) were replaced with hand towels (no Bath towels on the room), the drink tray hadn`t been replenished with more coffee or milk and hair dryer had loose wires rendering it unsafe.

"Hotel very well situated and easily found"

Checking in could be a bit quicker out of all the hotel`s I have stayed in in London the checking in process was quite slow, nonetheless, I was upgraded so didn`t mind the wait as the room was not ready. All staff on reception very helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel as well situated and good views.

"Slow check in"

Check in/out took way to long they also didn`t tell me I needed to bring my visa for check even though I payed in full before visit. Breakfast they let 5 people sit at a 4 person table making our area very cramped.

"Special birthday treat for my wife in one very smart hotel"

Faultless in terms of quality, location and service. An unexpected but very welcome upgrade from Superior to Studio room for the birthday girl with an outside view directly across Westminster Bridge to the home of English government! Great food, room service, atmosphere and top-end facilities. The provision of gluten free food (risotto in the room and bread for breakfast) was much appreciated. Loved the place and the impeccabley friendly staff. Thanks for a great visit!

"Very nice hotel"

We had a free upgrade to a studio room, it was a beautiful roomwith all mid cons, everything was immaculately clean.Our only complaint was that the Restaurant didn`t promote the fact they served pre show specials. 2 or 3 courses at a special price. Had we known we would most certainly of eaten there rather than walk around looking for somewhere nice to eat.

"Stunning"

Amazing Hotel and staff. Very friendly,checked us in with no hassle and got us an upgrade,looking out onto Westminster Bridge. Health spa and bars were fantastic,as was the room.Having breakfast in bed with that view was brilliant. Have recommended already. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Looking forward to staying again.

"Great location, great service and great rooms"

Perfect location for a London break, excellent hotel, the rooms are lovely and have all the extras you need. The service from the staff is great, we had to wait two minutes to check in and they gave us a room upgrade.

Sorry to have to say we had to go back home after only one hour of arrival at our hotel due to a family bereavement .we never got to the show .I am sure we will book again sometime soon . Thank you David

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and attentive, When booking, was not made aware that there would be extra costs involved if you wanted fried eggs at breakfast. Was not impressed with breakfast arrangements downstairs when main dining room was full. Food was unable to be keep warm and it was like being a school hall. Rooms were comfortable and clean, however, if staying in the inside of the building, very dark with no natural light.
