"An average hotel but value for money !!"

As for a hotel around Paris, it is a good value with plenty of shops and restaruants around. Room very basic but clean. Staff very friendly. Will recommend it to a budget visitor.

The stay was not very bad I mean for the money you have spend you could not expect a 5 star luxury hotel.The rooms are good for short stay I think, but for long stay I would book more comfortable hotel think, I mean there was a tv but the remote control stopped to work, it`s not a big deal at all, anyway the breakfast was excellent I can say- enough and plenty of sort and variety. My son liked it a lot. It was very warm in the rooms which is good , because the weather was just incredilbly cold, could be clearer, but not to bad- We could book the hotel definitely for short stay again! I reccomend it warmly! Good quality for its money.Thanks for the service.

"really helpful staff "

found the hotel very welcoming id stay again. i had a family room are nice and big ... only down side was the tv had no english channels ... all in all a good hotel worth stopping at ....

"Very cost effective Hotel"

The rooms are very basic but warm and clean. The staff are very friendly and spoke good English. The Breakfast was good and plentiful. Ideal for splitting a break between Disneyland and Paris (Sites, Central) Disney was only 15-20 min drive and Paris was only about the same from the Station nearby

"Good value for money"

In my opinion you get what you pay for and in this case it is fine. The rooms are, shall we say well used but are clean. Nice friendly staff. Close to station and once you get the hang of the trains is great. A few stops in to Paris Central and several stops with one change for Disney. Close to a large supermarket, macci D`s and KFC. No bar or restaurant in eves but a buffet breakfast which was ok and suited us and was not a problem. However a few drinks one eve would have been nice after a hard day site seeing. Vending machine in reception. My only downfall was that my room had Mosquito`s in it. They drove me mad and ate me alive. I had a 3 nite stay and came home with about 8 bites :O( I also heard other people complaining about the Mosquito`s. Be aware taxis very expensive. Air port short distance away - 35 e one way and on the way back 55 E !!!!!!!! rip off. Driver put 17 E on the clock before we were even seated.

"cheap and ok "

I found this hotel to be worth the money based on the fact you pay for what you get and as it was a cheap hotel you cant expect too much/the rooms are small and basic but clean and the bathroom always had hot water and the shower was good(Only problem with the bathroom the plug was missing but once told they did straight away replace it).The bar mentioned was never opened bur the hotel is well placed for the town which is small but they do also have a shopping centre of a large size.Railways station is close and easy to get to Pairs and cheap as well with plenty of trains even late on after seeing the lights .Eating places are close to the hotel but the cheapest which is almost across the road is Mcdonalds and is good value.You pay for what you get and as such feel it was worth the money

"Clean Tidy Hotel. Staff Polite. "

We chose this hotel as a base to visit Paris. We were on a budget so wanted the best we could get for the money we had. This hotel hit the mark. It was at a reasonable price, we paid 58 euros per night and stayed 4 nights. It was clean, warn with polite staff. Breakfast was good, a continental style breakfast was served on a help yourself basis. One comment I would make is that when returning to the Hotel in the evening we had to wait several minutes before someone came to open the door. Not an issue in September when the weather was good, may be a differet story in poor weather conditions. There was a bar in the hotel, hpwever it was not open, not evening meals were available, having said that there are a number of restaraunts near by. Overall a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay as a base to get into Paris.

"Costumer service very good welcoming and assisting with any issues."

The location is very idle short distance from borth central paris and the disney resort either by driving or public transport.Local bus service pass by the hotel to the local train station which is less than 8minutes.All good.

"Value for money on short stays."

Cannot really fault for a budget hotel. Helpful staff, free parking directly outside in own carpark, plenty of breakfast, not too far from metro, Would be nice to have tea/coffeefacilities in room.

this hotel was easy to find and very friendly staff with good rooms, the receptionists were very helpful as i needed to go to paris city centre and they allowed me to leave my car in theyre carpark at no extra charge, i will be staying at this hotel when i retuen to paris, excellent place to stay thank you

"Highly recommend to anyone this hotel"

We have arrived at the hotel at 08.00 and the check in was 12.00 and they still let us in at 08.00. The hotel was clean, staff was very frendly and helpful, there was free parking and safe, also after we check out they let me to keep the car there for free when in town it would cost me 3 euro/hour. The hotel is 10 min from the train station. We had breakfast included and we eat as much as we could( buffet). Very pleased with the service and i will book it again. Many thanks!

"No bar or vending machine"

Hotel was good only for a place to get some sleep. The bar was closed down, an the only thing offered as a replacement bar was a hotel across the road which didn`t have any beer/lager at all. Just warm bottles from the cupboard. The other thing is the vending machine was out of order, this along with no tea/coffee facilities meant little chance of getting a drink when needed! Bed was ok. Best thing about this hotel was nice hot water. But I don`t think I`ll return.

they say internet acces but internet acces is extra charge and 20 euro for 24 hours,this is too much and breakfast every day same item egg and sosis no more ,next time i dont choose this otel.thanks.

"Excellent service, clean room, perfect staff and super food!"

The only one thing I didn`t like is the domestic lady, every morning she was screaming on the corridor and without knocking to the door, she was trying to come inside and never said sorry even... That`s rude. But other than that were super, very nice ladies in the kitchen and reception ... Thanks everyone!!! I will be back!

Stayed at this hotel because it was close to Disneyland Paris. We caught a taxi from the hotel to Disneyland and from Disneyland back to the hotel. It took about 30-40mins and cost around 60 EURO. We were going to catch the train from Disneyland back to the hotel (train station is 10mins from Hotel we were told) but they had a strike on the trains so decided to get a taxi instead. If I were to stay there again I would research and plan the train route a bit more as it would be cheaper and maybe a bit quicker. Close to McDonalds, KFC and there is a resturant across the road. Nice room. Breakfast was ok. The journey into the city is a bit long so not recommended if you want to be close to the city attractions. No real major problems, would stay here again, but not if I was going to do the tourist attractions

good comfortable clean room only fault i had with the room was the window not child friendly at all a fully grown adult would have no troble getting out that window and the room door had no addtional locks on 3 yr old child can easily open it.

"Good stay. What we expected. easy walk to rail station-check times for return!!"

Receptionist helpful,rooms small but functional, breakfast good. We found the walk to the railway station easy and the journey into Paris is quick, BUT check your return times and destination board carefully, because they don`t always stop at Rosny-bois-Perrier!!

"Mosquitos"

All the family were bitten by mosquitos while sleeping. This was improved on subsequent days by using a fan and us buying plenty of mosquito repellants. Breakfast was good, but some items ran out if you came for the late morning breakfast.

"Good value for the money for short stays."

We stayed there for two nights visiting Paris and Disneyland.Pros(+)/cons(-):+Train station is in walking distance (5-10 min, but prepare with map as easy to miss), Paris St-Lazare station is 15 min.+Helpful, English speaking reception+Clean, tidy, silent+Many restaurants, retail park in the nearby-Small room, worn beds (feels like hole in the middle), 2 bedside lamps didn`t work, TV remote didn`t work, above 190cm you find the bed too small-Safety issues: mains plug 5cm from your head at the same level as pillows, sharp edges in the bathroom, spare bed collapsed due to inproper installation-Poor quality blankets, no blanket to the spare bed-Breakfast: no choices, only one sort of meat (ham)/cheese, cheap jams, drinks: orange juice, milk + coffee machine. Be there promptly at 8am, as milk jar will not be refilled.-Checkin time is 1pm (rather than 12pm)

"Noisy at night and no bar"

There were some loud visitors staying who when approached were reasonable.However, one guest was obviously drunk and very noisy at 4:30am and there appeared to be no security to deal with it.

"It`s actually ok"

Ok so if your planning on spending alot of time in your room then you don`t wanna be here. There small and cramped. Our double bed was 2 singles pushed together, which kept falling apart x x imthe shower was ok x x But if you just need the basics then this place has it x x it`s worth the price when u see how much other hotels on Paris cost x x x O and they do a killer breakfast which for us was in with the price x x x I would stay again x x in fact I will be next year x Also it`s in zone 3 x smack bang in-between Paris central and Disneyland x 5 mins from the RER train station x 1 min from a McD.1otherthing I would like to point out is the rooms get stuffy x x it`s to hot to not open the windows but being on a motorway. Makes it noisy x x But like I said x x allyou need us a bed to lay your head x x DazaClaza
