"All good "
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel,rooms clean,spacious and comfortable. Only thing I would say negative was £3.50 for a bottle of water. Staff very pleasant.

Beautiful hotel maby a bit basic but comfortable with a decent bed good food and drink. Free wifi and parking. Friendly helpfull staff overall a good experiance.

very efficient hotel. the rooms are quite large and very clean,there was a private function on the night we arrived so unfortunately there was no meals available in the restaurant

"Nice hotel but noisy neighbours "
The hotel was great value for money. No complaints appart from the noise coming from some of the other guests rooms. I don`t blame the hotel for this but I am assuming there are a few stag/hen events and weddings happening at the hotel at this time in the week.

Reception staff generally helpful / friendly, room fairly basic but clean and comfortable, small bathroom, great location for walking into Kingston or catching train to London from Surbiton. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

"Good Value for money in london"
Me and my partner stayed at the the Anttoinette as we were attending a wedding in Richmond the following day. Looks welcoming and was relieved when finally found it (some one way streets close by). There was a very loud disco/party happening downstairs which prevented me from sleeping (till 12). room was very hot due to heat wave but they had a fan!!? our room very big and spacious.shower and bathroom was great and very clean. Overall an ok stay just for that occasion.

Comfortable stay and supply of a fan was welcome. Good menu options and very chilled drinks. Room air conditioning would be an advantage. Helpful staff. A brief display board outlining local transport options to surroundings would be helpful although staff were informative.

"CLEAN-COMFORTABLE-INEXPENSIVE"
I have stayed at the Antionette Kingston on a few occassions and each time the staff have been welcoming, the room comfortable and the service exceptional.

"Very clean, the staff friendly and very helpful. Our room was excellent and the gardens are perfect."
We shall certainly book in the future as it is so central for everything. Also the gardens are a pleasure to sit in and have a drink. A very friendly place, ideal situated for London, Hampton Court and all tourist attractions. Also we thought it was value for money for the area.

Ghastly tatty rooms and poor quality shower. Poor insulation/soundproofing between rooms.Friendly reception and staff but a depressing place nonetheless. The breakfast room so ugly with flouncy liver coloured fabrics on buffet and accessories.Usual greasy fare supplemented by fruit and cereals. The worst bread and coffee imaginable.

Good overall hotel. I found it a little far from London. Would have liked a map of the Surboton area sooner. The blond girl at the desk who recommended a ride on the number 65 bus was very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was cool I enjoyed it. Probably you can add full menu instead of munchies during the time from 11pm to 5am because usually a resident wuld be exausted and dying to eat but options are limited. Also, some light was coming from the window which was a bit annoying. Another thing, the TV`s remote control was not working. In addition, I had difficulties finding the hotel address probably you should clarify that there is no underground station near the hotel. Apart from that everything else was nice and comfortable.

"We only stayed overnight for wedding reception."
The staffing was excellent, the reception food was served hot and the waiters were all very courteous.There was a problem with the television which we pointed out in the hotel`s own survey. The only good programme reception was for BBC1 and the television was fixed looking down at the bed. If we had wanted to watch it from the chairs in the room we couldn`t have done. Fortunately we were only staying overnight and didn`t have any time to watch a lot of television.

"A quite area in London"
This hotel iswonderful to get a relax sleep after a long day in London Center seeing all the famous places. The service is very good and th room are really clean. The train station is not very far and can connect you to all the places that you want to visit. I enjoyed my stayt here.
