"I wouldn`t want to come back here :( (Avoid room 808)"
Our room stank of cigarettes, the air conditioning wasn`t working for the first few days, the wi-fi worked once on our holiday, but was unbearable to even use, their idea of a sea view is an office building with a tiny view in the distance of the sea, The photos on their website are misleading as there is an abandoned building next to the hotel, for two days on our holiday the maid kept knocking on our door and only saying "sorry" and left, the bathroom had a window which if the light was on you can see through the blind, I know you have to be comfortable with your partner but to see them on the toilet isn`t my idea of romantic and finally checking out was disappointing! as we were still charged for the small quantity used at our room mini bar and added tax on it! (a total payment for 3 bottles of WATER and a lemon Fanta..?20) and not even a thank you for staying with them, even though I only politely complained once the whole time about the wi-fi and air conditioning needed fixing.

This hotel had one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in, and I just had standard room.Gym is well equiptedWalking distance from beach and only 2 minutes walk from metro.Very friendly stakk troughout stayOnly bad point is the large uncompleated buliding site thats right next door, which is a real shame.

"Great location, lovely hotel in a fantastic city!"
Hotel was easy to find, great transport links into Barcelona centre. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean, modern with a lovely roof terrace and pool and the surrounding area was great for local food and had plenty of options for more generic food in the shopping centre close by. Only small criticism of the hotel was the fact that the cups for hot drinks were never replaced and we needed to ask at reception every day for new ones - however on returning to our room new cups were there - a minor inconvenience. I`d like to go back!

"Not quite 4 star!"
The room had no robes and short on towels,the shower had major dysfunction water went everywhere!The bar was very expensive and lacked atmosphere.The spa was nice but the lady on the reception desk was extremely rude to us!The room was clean and bright and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.The pool area was too short on beds and the bar wasn`t always open.Overall it was ok but didn`t feel like a 4 star.

overall i enjoyed my stay in the hotel very clean,friendly,and modern however the down side of this hotel is the pool area is very poor and far too small for the size of the hotel and the prices are expensive especially the breakfast at 13 euros

An excellent hotel with excellent facilities. Only one little complaint was that there were not cups to have coffee in the room, only two polysterene ones. Apart from that loved our stay and very convenient for trams and Metro

"Very close to perfection!"
I have only two moans about this hotel.1. The sauna does not open until 10am.2. The "hot" food at breakfast is cold and a tad undercooked.Everything else is fine, the staff are exceptional and the value for money is excellent.
