"Good access to Vatican and metro for other venues"
I love this hotel for handiness and simplicity. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Met with a smile and sent off with a smile. I`ll be back again for the sixth stayThe bathroom required some maintenance but apart from that all was good.

"Dissappointing"
A rather shabby 2 star hotel but very convenient for the Vatican. Worryingly, there were 2 fire alarms during the night and the night receptionist had clearly not had any training as to what to do in case of a fire. Fortunately both alarms were false alarms seemingly caused by a smoker.

Room a bit gloomy due to poor lighting but comfortable. Bathroom good, worked well and was clean, plenty of hot water at all times of the day. Breakfast disappointing, coffee not at all good - what a surprise for Italy! Would not rate as 4*, more like 3*. Reception varied some lovely and helpful staff, one grumpy older lady who seemed to have superior authority to others.
