"The hotel was well appointed, clean and well decorated & staff where friendly and professional"
The room was well equiped, and spacious although the bathroom was very small. The only disappointment was that I had understood from my" hotel confirmation" that we were entitailed to a buffet breakfast, but according to the hotels communication with Hotel direct we had to pay an additional â?¬10 per person per day so I had to pay â?¬40 extra for coffee`s when I left. Very disappointing

"Friendly staff, stunning location, comfortable rooms."
Had a lovely 4 nights here in mid-March. It is right next to Piazza Venezia, so you are within a short walk of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are also close by, and the Vatican is a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. The rooms are cosy and quiet, the breakfast provides a great choice. The hotel is a little pricey.

A noisy hotel. Carpeting or carpet runners would help alleviate the clatter from trolleys and luggage on the tiled corridor areas. The only socket in the room was near the desk/table area. Not much help without a mirror needed for hair appliances or make up / shaving etc.Our room (108) was a good size but obviously in need of refurbishment. Badly scuffed skirting boards, chipped furniture and curtain partly off it hooks. A hospitality tray would have been welcomed.. Very good bathroom. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful, with very good English spoken by most..
