"Helpful staff, nice rooms, great central location."
The room was very nice, decor was a bit dated, however it was clean and everything worked. The view was a bit grim, looking out at aircon units and fire escapes, but you don`t go to New York to sit in your hotel room! The staff were all very helpful, particularly the concierge who did a great job helping us to book some trips and saving us money in the process.The cocktail bar lacked a bit of atmosphere being tucked away at the back of the hotel, we didn`t sample the restaurant, though the menu looked good. The central location meant that many of the attractions were accessible on foot. I would happily stay there again and recommend to anyone site seeing in New York.
