Enjoyed our stay at the trinity city hotel. Well located for sightseeing in Dublin. Great service from staff. Found them all to be very polite and helpful. First time booking with hotel direct. Good service and very helpful when I had to contact them due to a mistake in email address, which was sorted out promptly. Thanks Sami.

"central, pleasant and clean"

Nice hotel, lovely staff and despite the fact you have a police and fire station nearby, it was lovely and quiet. So central, I was going to stay in Temple Bar with friends but this hotel was far superior to theirs and cheaper. I would go back.

"Fantastic Service"

Staff could not be more helpful, especially Phillip the Concierge. Food was good, accommodation first class and very clean. Only problem I could comment on is the lifts did not work very well but that was not the fault of the hotel, as they were awaiting engineer. Would highly recommend to anyone.

"Fantastic hotel, excellent location for exploring on foot"

Our first visit to Dublin; we loved the city, the locals, the Guiness and especially this quirky hotel. It`s central location means you can walk everywhere and it`s easy access, 5 mins walk, from the skylink 747 bus (stop 9) from the airport. To describe the hotel : eclectic interior design - Imagine Rocky Horror Show meets National Trust - giant purple satin chairs and camels watching you dine (yes really!). Normality returns with calm, efficient staff in every department. A request to move bedroom was expedited with a smile from Claire on reception. The breakfast manager ran a tight ship with smiling staff coping with a mass influx. The buffet breakfast was the BEST ever, fresh and delicious - 5*+. Our room on the fourth floor afforded great views over the city and was blissfully quiet with the most comfortable mattress, We will come back and stay here again and would give it a 5* rating, due mainly to the delightful staff who make it such a special place to stay.

"Great central Location"

Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was adequate although ours was overlooking the fire station courtyard where the noise could bother some. The breakfast was excellent and again the staff were first class. The location is hard to beat with a lot of major attractions within comfortable walking distance.

"What a Fab Place!"

What a surprise awaits you when you enter this hotel, walked past this many times but it certainly does not reveal what delights it has inside! Very glam and plush with giant exotic furnishings including plants, lamps and animals in deep jewel colours everywhere you turned. The foyer, bar and restaurant areas are so fabulous you have to spend time in them and the bedrooms are just as plush with heavy thick curtains, cushions and towels. The rooms are quiet too, we had a 3rd floor, opposite the lift on the Pearse Street side but it was so quiet and cosy. A quick bar snack was a must in order for us to enjoy these beautiful surroundings. The food was excellent but the service was even better! All staff from the reception to the breakfast the next morning gave excellent service. Will definitely recommend this and stay here again, in fact we are already planning a glam weekend based on this wonderfully fabulous place as it was so handy to everywhere in the city.

"City Centre Charm"

My wife & I had an overnight stay as we attended a show in the Gaiety Theatre.. We were both most impressed with this rather charming renaissance style hotel in close proximity to city centre facilities . We had a fab room overlooking Trinity College grounds.. Beautiful spacious warm, exceptionally clean bedroom reasonably priced. The staff were most courteous pleasant and extremely helpful. Front of house very welcoming and special thank you to Francesa. Cafe Cario ensuite in hotel was enjoyable.... Very tasty food served by a most charming Waitress. We had a wonderful over night stop.. Will certainly be back.Thank you to all the team for making out trip so memorable! Keep up your great work!

"Rooms nice, breakfast average"

Second time I stayed here, the rooms are good with a nice bed, shower very good, personnel is friendly. The breakfast is not of the same standard, with the food average (not bad but not something I want to eat several days in a row), and the coffee is unfortunately awful.

"Very comfortable hotel"

As said above a comfortable hotel and very helpful and pleasant staff. The only slight criticism is that the first room we were shown had wholly inadequate storage for our clothes - even for our three day stay! Having said that we were directed to a completely suitable alternative room

We always enjoy staying at Trinity Capital, it is a great hotel with friendly helpful staff and excellent facilities. We requested and got a vegan breakfast on our last two visits which was wonderful. It`s so nice to sit down to breakfast together when you are holiday and usually we cannot because my daughter is vegan and there is very little for her to eat on the breakfast menu. However we told them what she can eat and they got it for us. I also had the vegan option because I am vegetarian and don`t eat sausages or bacon, Well done to the catering staff for being so accommodating, also the lovely member of staff who sorted out our breakfast for us in the morning. Lovely hotel, very central, unusual decor and helpful staff. Well worth a visit.

"Highly recommended"

Courteous, efficient and helpful staff throughout. Cosy and interesting decor, room was perfect and , importantly, quiet for our overnight stay. There was a lively and pleasant buzz in the bar areas when we returned from the fabulous `Swan Lake` and the self-service breakfast had plenty of choice and was well organised, yet relaxed. Central location meant theatre and city centre shops were within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
