"Fantastic Hotel"

The room was very clean and tidy - the building is outstanding- the views all around are great -Easy access to the city and close to Holyrood park-would certainly recommend the Hotel

"A very reliable option for a stay in Edinburgh"

Safe and convenient accomodation with ample parking in lovely surroundings. I would definitely recommend Salisbury Green to travellers, tourists and businessmen. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is all you need to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located to the major Lothian bus routes.

"Friendly, comfortable and clean"

Reception staff were very welcomimg, friendly and informative. Despite the exterior of the building looking very old with great character, the room was very modern, fresh and clean. Ideal location for our one night stay for a show at the Playhouse, which was only a short journey by bus or taxi. Despite being on the University campus it was very quiet. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice and again the staff were very friendly and polite. We would definately consider staying at Salisbury Green again.

the hotel was lovely,the room was well set out and had everything that was needed for an overnight stay,the room was also lovely and warm and plenty of hot water when using the shower.the breakfast was really good all the food was really fresh and appealing the fresh fruit in particular,all the staff were very helpful and friendly.I would recommend this hotel and would use it again.

"The room itself was fine, however the lack of facilities, made it feel very basic and no frills."

This hotel was in the universities complex and was beside the main halls of residence, with no reception or bar it down graded the hotel.

"Great accommodation set away from the noisier parts of the city. "

We loved this Hotel and would return again. The room was well appointed and the bathroom was HUGE! We stayed in Room 2 on the ground floor and after a very busy evening in the city, it was lovely to come back to the peacefulness of the hotel. (Although its location is away from the centre of Edinburgh, it is only 10 minute taxi/car ride to the city`s main attractions.) The breakfast in the morning is also worth a mention-Plenty to eat and served by pleasant people. In all, a well run establishment that can give the more well known chains a run for their money.

Stayed for two nights, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast and staff was excellent, could not fault at all and would recomend to others and stay again.
