"Stag do"
We all loved the hotel , staff were great and the rooms were really really good would definitely stay again .

"What the hotel lacked the staff made up for"
We did enjoy our stay at the hotel although it does look a tad tired in certain areas, but what the hotel lacked the staff made up for. We were dealt with by the most courteous and happy people I have met in a hotel for a long time, the geordie temperament shone thru with the big smiles and happy disposition, a credit to the hotel would go back again just to have that welcome feeling at arrival

"Very comfortable and restful stay"
Very helpful and gracious staff who were efficient with check-in and when I wanted to leave my suitcase for a few hours; room was extremely comfortable with a lovely view; however, gymnasium equipment needs some attention!
