"Decent Hotel, Excellent Value"
The hotel feels a bit tired and soulless these days, but still offers a comfortable night`s stay, friendly service and excellent rates

Reception staff a bit miserable, wedding staff were very good! Room was lovely, and quiet on the night, bed was comfortable but was too small for me! Requested a queen but received a double! Drinks prices were extortionate and the lift was very slow! Cleaning staff were pleasant and its very well located! Overall a very nice hotel

"Perfectly good stay"
I`d gathered this hotel is starting a refurbishment programme: it`s really not too bad even now so it should be great when that`s done. In particular it was very quiet (we had a room overlooking the river on the 9th floor) - both no external noise or disturbance from neighbouring rooms.
