"Great hotel"
Convenient location, great breakfast the only point that ruined my stay was the plastic 1980`s fixed hair dryer that had no power as a result my evening was ruined by not being able to style my hair. The hotel could not provide a modern hair dryer which even at Lowe budget hotels are usually available. I would expect a hotel of this standard and reputation to have access to such a simple facility.

Overnight stay following seeing Lionel Richie at the MEN. Room excellent, spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious with good toiletries and all very clean. The only negative criticism would have to be the breakfast restaurant which appeared tired and in need of refurbishment.

"We stayed for one night, queued for 15 minutes to check in. Then 15 minutes again for breakfast."
The Concierge were very helpful when we asked for local information. However the long queues for check in at Reception and the long breakfast queue were not up to the standard of the Mint Hotel in Manchester, where we usually stay.

Clean rooms. Just a problem with the head board falling on my head, then husbands head. Left staff a note room 354. Excellent breakfast but long queues and long wait for some food to come out. Toaster broke down. Refurbishment shows. Swimming pool lovely.
