"OK at the Internet rates. Otherwise very overpriced."

On the + side, the staff were friendly and helpful.On the - side, my air con didn`t work, nor did my radiator, there were bits in the sink and an unpleasant yellow stain on the bath, the shower went scalding hot or cold depending on whether someone else in the hotel used a tap. Oh, and I couldn`t get any BBC channels on the TV. Breakfast was greasy and unpleasant. Had I been paying the hotel`s usual rates and not a big online discount, I would have been livid. As it was, I was paying so little that I felt I couldn`t really complain.
