Very pleasant stay at this hotel. We booked last minute and got a good deal. Family room is fab, very spacious and well equipped. Lovely sea view. Excellent breakfast with a good choice. Would highly recommend.

"A bit tired."

Breakfast what you might expect for £6.50 but would have paid more for "more than one course`. Ie you can`t have fruit and the cooked breakfast as standard. Croissants might have been nice too.Having said that the rooms were clean if small.Notice saying lift was out of order was still posted on our floor even though that information was 2 or 3 weeks out of date. Management needs sharpening up.

"A lovely sea view "

We really enjoyed our stay. Upgraded to a large room with sea view for £10 extra. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The Lanes are a twenty minute walk along the seafront. Brighton`s traffic can be busy and there`s limited parking available but it was easy to park around the corner from the hotel, in a designated parking facility, though there is an additional charge for this.

Nearest street has eateries from all over the world, Indian China Korea Japan Greek Vietnam Turkey and all there areas A few classic pubs, visit the Lanes about three hundred metres away, very bohemian and lots to enjoy.Micro brewery`s , of corse The Pavilions were amazing!!!Everyone visitors & locals & students really having a great timeNo upsets or trouble everyone just wanting to enjoyAlmost like a Amsterdam experience without the canalsThe Kings Hotel was very well positioned

Nice hotel, staff are nice, very clean. Had lovely sea view. Only thing is room a little bit small for me but got used to it. Would definatly stay again.

"A gem!"

Lovely comfy bed, clean, perfect location and great breakfast. What more could you want?! Will definately stay here again.

"The hotel was a bit hot"

"No complaints!"

Service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and informative. Room was a good size, well furnished and clean. Beds made and towels changed daily. Breakfast was exceptionally good value when included in with the room booking - a wide choice of breakfast foods available - again staff were friendly and polite. Overall a good stay. Thankyou

Excellent hotel in every way. Staff were efficient, friendly and extremely helpful..Beautiful decor, very clean, lovely breakfast...Would highly recommend this hotel
