"Very pleasant hotel and staff. "
I was concerned about parking as always in busy cities. The door attendant quickly took note as I arrived and arranged a private spot where it would not be damaged. The same gentleman collected the luggage and delivered them to us personally. Perfect!

Bouncy bed (this is from a 16 yr old) nice spa - great service - food was awesome - waiter knew his wines - and Jason Donovan shared a lift with us ,,

great hotel in a fabulous location, close to all amenties, we stay two or three times a year, but always go close to christmas for the xmas markets.

Friendly professional staff, situated excellently in the centre of Manchester, a modern, clean and comfortable room. If i had to say anything it would be, please, please put coffee making facilities in the rooms, i just really missed having a drink in the morning, i know you can ring for room service, however it would be far easier if it was supplied so you could savour the moment
