"Few days stay"

I stayed here with my sister-in-law for 3 nights. Lovely old hotel situated just a bus ride from hotel. Staff were friendly and the food was lovely.

"A disappointing visit!"

The staff at the Arnos Manor Hotel are all love and very helpful. Unfortunately, I needed an accisible room with a `walk in shower`; we had a room up two lots of stairs and only a high bath in the bathroom. We had reserved a table for the Saturday evening so that our grandchildren could come for a meal. We arrived at the hotel to find that our booking had not been written into the diary. The television in our room did not work and the extractor in the bathroom did not extract the steam. I had telephoned the hotel on two occasions prior to our visit - once to check that we would have an accessible room and to reserve the table for supper. Neither happened, nor did anybody seem to know about the telephone calls!

"Lovely building"

Great reception staff, lovely building. Our double bed was rather uncomfortable with a join right down the centre. Other than that was just fine.

"Visit to Bristol"

Spent 4 nights at the Arnos Manor Hotel, to see the Bristol and Bath areas. Our room was well appointed and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. You can see from the advertisement that the hotel is based in an old building but the only thing it lacked, in my opinion was a lift. It made a very good base for our weeks excursions and was reasonable priced. Overall I would recommend a say at the Arnos Manor Hotel to anyone.

Staff were so helpful and pleasant. We arrived before check-in time and were soon given the key to our room. Breakfast was excellent, the only hotel in which we`ve stayed which served fresh mushrooms.
