Great hotel and staff - excellent condition - Great for train travel and short walk to the main bus station via the INTU Derby Mall. Central for the peak district tourist.

It is lovely and clean, well kept hotel.We liked the location and the lovely garden at the back. We enjoyed our weekend and we will definitely return in the future.

Both rooms were clean , well furnished , well stocked with tea/ coffee. Breakfast menu was diverse, lots if choice and coked food was lovely , well presented and freshly prepared . However initially had trouble finding a table, and management of seating was chaotic .

"Needs refurb hotel very tired "
Ok for a night the hotel has been in its time the Hotel to stay not anymore !It`s just pAst it`s sell by date there are more modern tidier hotels to stay in Derby!Overpriced now trying to cling on to its old quality rating but not evident anymore!
