Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room comfortable and clean. Only thing would say is, if your a dog owner, not really what I would call dog friendly cos they only allowed in bedroom. Apart from that a lovely place to stay.

The Cliffside is a very lovely hotel, we found the staff very friendly and warm, responded very well to all our requests. Just that we found the rooms a little bit too small, but the prime location, seafront and proximity to the centre of Bournemouth kept us out of our room most of the time. Will love to stay another time.

"sea view! only by standing up to see past the defective double glazing"
Disappointing, room was shabby and required re-decoration, wallpaper peeling off in areas, the double glazing glass needed replacing and window drafty. Lovely dining area spoiled by double glazing again spoiling the view over the pool area I expected more for £272 pounds for 2 nights.

Hotel clean rooms nice noisy pipes though in morning but overall definitely would come back good u can use sister hotels outside pools lovely friendly staff had nice time
