Eleven out Ten for this Hotel. Staff were lovely, we were made welcome the minute we walked through the door. Beautiful room with little extras ie dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries. It certainly had the wow factor. Thank you.

"Apparently one of the most secure hotels in Liverpool!"
The hotel is very unassuming from the pavement. Has a nice Scandinavian look. The room was very clean, quiet, comfy and spacious as was the bathroom with wet-room and bath. The only downside is the squeaky floor boards. Could have done with another chair in the room given the space, so if you fancy a cuppa whilst resting use the wee box that holds the kettle as a seat! Beautiful glass shards separate the lounge from restaurant. If your stay/budget allows try their restaurant as the food was beautiful with locally sourced ingredients. With very friendly staff who gave excellent service. When asked what was in the jam served with the cheese, the waiter duly consulted the chef and gave us the surprising ingredients; even their jam/chutney is home made and gorgeous! I didn`t choose a specific wine, asked the waitress for a nice spicy wine and was not disappointed! The restaurant had quite a few tables which gave the restaurant a nice atmosphere.
