"Very good hotel"
We had a double superior room on the third floor, the whole room including en-suite was very clean. Room has wide screen television which welcome`s you and has all the information about the hotel on it. If you like a soft comfy mattress then you will have a excellent night`s sleep as we did. The room has a kettle with tea/coffee sachets ect hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. We did not use the spa even thought it is free to all quest`s as we were only there for one night. Spa treatments are available at an extra cost, I had a French manicure and was very pleased with the result, the website does suggest booking any spa treatments in advance so I was lucky to get last mine last minute.There is a good choice of food at breakfast, we went for full English and it was very nice. Bournemouth has a firework display every Friday night from 23rd July until 28th at 10pm we had room number 335 and it was a bonus that we got to see the display from our window. We would return again

"very pleasant hotel and spacious room. "
The Durley Dean Hotel is a very pleasant hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. We had a very nice and spacious bedroom. Would recommend this hotel.The only negative comment is the swimming pool which is very small. The changing facilities are equally tiny and cant really fit more than 2 people at a time in the changing room.

"PLeasant staff, not a comfortable stay"
Room opened out onto rear of Hotel were the extractor fans blew hot air straight into our already sultry family room. This was very uncomfortable, with only a noisy fan to bring momentary relief to the heat of the night. No assistance with luggage. Very friendly, helpful reception desk.

polite and friendley staff, hotel room clean and nicely decorated, its a shame that for the 2 days we were there the swimming pool was out of action. Staff said we can use the facilities of a nearby hotel but we found this very inconvenient.

"Lovely standard of room,clean with all the extra touches that make you feel special."
Walking distance to the beach and the town. On site parking. Self service breakfast which worked well even though had not expected it to be help your self. Food cooked well and good choice.reduced price for our child. Breakfast between 8 and 10.30 so allowed a relaxed start to our day. Lovely receiption staff, and any other staff that were around were polite and friendly. Swimming pool was available with offer of extra towels if you used it. Would definitely book again. Our 8 year old son on leaving said it was the best hotel he`d ever stayed in (he`s stayed in a few!) . Enjoyable and relaxing stay.
